Способ очистки газов от оксидов серы и азота путем абсорбции их концентрированной серной кислотой, отличающийся тем, что газы после абсорбции дополнительно контактируют с жидким триоксидом серы при 17 - 44oC, а затем с концентрированной серной кислотой, после чего очищенные газы выводят из процесса, абсорбенты с поглощенными оксидами серы и азота перерабатывают в серную и азотную кислоты в контактно-нитрозном процессе с рециркуляцией отходящих газов последнего совместно с исходным газом на очистку.1.
