На конце внутреннего из ВВ установлен первый абразивный инструмент (АИ) в виде круга, а другой внешний ВВ при помощи пары одинаковых по размеру соосных конических колес и промежуточной шестерни кинематически связан с выходным валом, установленным коаксиально с внутренним ВВ, на выходном валу установлен концентрически с первым АИ второй АИ в виде плоского кольца. Один из АИ выступает перед другим АИ и связан со своим валом при помощи плоских пружин с возможностью упругого перемещения в осевом направлении.
