Способ обеспечивает контроль качества ворса (его проводимости и разделяемости) на одном устройстве в условиях, адекватных условиям нанесения ворсовых покрытий типа искусственных замши и меха методом электрофлокирования. Предлагаемый способ может быть использован для контроля качества любых квазидиэлектрических частиц, используемых для нанесения покрытий в электрическом поле. Существующие способы не позволяют контролировать эти параметры на одном устройстве с необходимой точностью. Сущность изобретения: измеряют максимальное значение тока, протекающего в цепи горизонтальных криволинейных электродов, обусловленного перезарядкой и движением между этими электродами заданного количества исследуемых частиц под действием сил электрического поля, а также измеряют время нарастания тока до максимального уровня и по полученным данным судят о значениях контролируемых параметров частиц.The method provides quality control of the pile (its conductivity and separability) on one device under conditions adequate to the application of pile coatings such as artificial chamois and fur using electrofloating.
