Электропотенциальный способ двухпараметрового контроля электромагнитных свойств металла, заключающийся в том, что через объект контроля пропускают переменный ток заданной величины и измеряют напряжение, возникающее на участке поверхности объекта контроля, отличающийся тем, что измеряют либо (первый вариант) реальную составляющую поверхностного напряжения на низкой и высокой частоте, либо (второй вариант) реальную и мнимую составляющую этого напряжения на промежуточной частоте, а затем используют полученные значения этих составляющих и диаграммы, построенные для этих вариантов способа с учетом расположения точек ввода тока и снятия напряжения на поверхности образца при данной величине тока, для одновременного определения удельного сопротивления и магнитной проницаемости объекта контроля.The electropotential method of two-parameter control of the electromagnetic properties of the metal, which consists in passing through a test object an alternating current of a given value and measuring the voltage occurring on the surface area of the test object, characterized in that either the (first option) real component of the surface voltage is measured at low and high frequency, or (second option) the real and imaginary component of this voltage at an intermediate frequency, and then use the obtained values of these components x and curves constructed for these process variants with the arrangement of the current injection and removal points of the voltage on the sample surface at a given current magnitude, for the simultaneous determination of the resistivity and magnetic permeability of the control object.
