Способ получения предконденсата термореактивной смолы относится к химической промышленности производства вспомогательных веществ для отделки текстильных материалов на карбамидформальдегидной основе. Сущность изобретения: в способе получения предконденсата термореактивной смолы, включающем конденсацию карбамида с формальдегидом в щелочной среде в присутствии метанола и этерификацию продукта конденсации в кислой среде с последующей нейтрализацией, процесс этерификации проводят путем воздействия на продукт конденсации алифатическим спиртом в 2-4 кратном мольном избытке по отношению к исходному карбамиду в присутствии продукта фосфатирования алканолов с числом углеродных атомов от 1 до 4 фосфорным ангидридом. Техническим результатом изобретения является получение предконденсата с содержанием свободного формальдегида не более 0,2 мас.%, стабильного с улучшенными эксплуатационными характеристиками.A method of producing a precondensate of thermosetting resin relates to the chemical industry for the production of auxiliary substances for finishing textile materials on a urea-formaldehyde basis.
