Изобретение относится к машиностроению, в частности к способам и устройствам питания двигателей внутреннего сгорания. Задачей изобретения является повышение экономичности работы двигателя внутреннего сгорания посредством обеспечения более полного сгорания топлива с использованием наиболее простых средств. Способ заключается в предварительном термоэлектрическом разложении воды в испарителе на кислород и водород с последующим озонированием паровоздушной смеси в камере ионизации. Для реализации указанного способа устройство содержит испаритель, трубопровод воздуха и электрический генератор импульсов высокого напряжения, причем испаритель выполнен с системой отсеков и трубопроводов, разделяющих продукты разложения воды. Устройство построено по прямоточной схеме без использования регулирующих клапанов или запорных вентилей.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to methods and devices for powering internal combustion engines. The device is built according to the flow scheme without the use of control valves or shut-off valves.
