Изобретение относится к металлургии рения и может быть использовано для извлечения его из углеродсодержащего сырья - металлоносных нефтей и природных битумов, а также их тяжелых остатков. Извлечение рения из этого сырья достигается концентрированием его путем деасфальтизации, смешением полученного асфальтосмолистого концентрата с добавками окислителя и соды при соотношении окислитель : сода : концентрат 0,05-0,3 : 0,1-0,4 : 1 и термообработкой полученного продукта при 500-900oС. Выщелачивание рения из остатка и переработка полученных растворов осуществляются известными гидрометаллургическими методами. Осуществление данного способа извлечения рения из нефтей, битумов и их тяжелых остатков позволяет расширить сырьевую базу этого редкого металла и повысить комплексность использования перерабатываемого сырья.The invention relates to the metallurgy of rhenium and can be used to extract it from carbon-containing raw materials - metal-bearing oils and natural bitumen, as well as their heavy residues. Leaching of rhenium from the residue and processing of the resulting solutions are carried out by known hydrometallurgical methods. The implementation of this method of extracting rhenium from oils, bitumen and their heavy residues allows us to expand the raw material base of this rare metal and increase the complexity of the use of processed raw materials.
