Для обеспечения возможности легко и быстро осуществить остановку процесса суспензионной полимеризации ВХ в момент аварийной ситуации практически при любой конверсии мономера в способе регулирования процесса суспензионной полимеризации ВХ путем введения в реакционную смесь ингибитора в качестве ингибитора используют дибутилдитиокарбамат меди в количестве 1•(10-4 - 10-3)% от массы ВХ. В результате осуществления способа при незначительных затратах ингибитора скорость полимеризации через 5 - 15 мин уменьшается на 98% от скорости в момент введения ингибитора и тем самым исключается возможность взрыва.
