Claims (1)

Способ получения металлов, их соединений и сплавов из минерального сырья заключается в приготовлении шихты путем смешивания измельченного сырья с добавками, состоящими из чистых химических элементов, выбранных из формульного состава исходного сырья, окислительного обжига с удалением и утилизацией газообразных оксидов и восстановления с последующим разделением металлов и их содинений. При соотношении чистых химических элементов к соединению, равном 1 : 1 - 100 : 1, при общем количестве суммы добавок в шихте не менее 5% окислительный обжиг ведут в среде проточного кислорода при 1400 - 1600°С с последующим охлаждением и измельчением полученных твердых оксидов: перед восстановлением оксиды смешивают с металлом-восстановителем при соотношении суммы оксидов получаемых металлов или сплава к металлу-восстановителю от 1 : 0,3 до 1 : 0,7; восстановление ведут при 2000 - 2300°С. При использовании серосодержащих руд железа, бария с примесями других металлов окислительный обжиг проводят при 1400 - 1600°С с отводом и утилизацией газообразного оксида серы в производство серной кислоты, а при восстановлении в качестве металла-восстановителя используют алюминий при соотношении суммы оксидов получаемых металлов или сплава к алюминию 1 : 0,3 до 1 : 045 по массе.The method of obtaining metals, their compounds and alloys from mineral raw materials consists in preparing a mixture by mixing crushed raw materials with additives consisting of pure chemical elements selected from the formula composition of the raw materials, oxidizing roasting with the removal and utilization of gaseous oxides and reduction followed by separation of metals their sydinies. When using sulfur-containing ores of iron, barium with impurities of other metals, oxidative roasting is carried out at 1400 - 1600 ° C with removal and utilization of gaseous sulfur oxide in the production of sulfuric acid, and aluminum is used as a reducing metal as a reducing agent to aluminum 1: 0.3 to 1: 045 by weight.
