- Способ относится к кремнийорганической химии и может быть использован для получения I-(хлорметил)силатрана CICH2Si(OCH2CH2)3N, применяющегося в медицине и сельском хозяйстве. Указанное соединение с выходом до 72% получают этерификацией (хлорметил)трихлорсилана триэтаноламином при -20 ... 60°С, преимущественно при -5 ... 20°С, и соотношении реагентов (1 : 1) - (1 : 4), преимущественно 1 : 2.
