Изобретение относится к медицинской вирусологии и может быть использовано для производства живой гриппозной вакцины и получения производственных штаммов живой гриппозной вакцины для профилактики гриппа у детей и взрослых. Сущность: вакцинный штамм В/СССР/60/69 получен путем проведения 60 пассажей вируса В/СССР/69 при температуре 25oС. Штамм обладает повышенной репродуктивностью в развивающихся куриных эмбрионах при 25oС в lg ЭИД 50/0,2 мл, 4.0 lg, т.е. является холодоадаптированным (ха+). Гемагглютинирующая активность штамма: 1: 64 - 1:256; инфекционная активность 6,0 - 7,5 lg ЭИД 50/0,2 мл (инфекционных эмбриональных доз).
