Abstract
Устройство принудительного ограничения скорости, отличающееся от традиционных способов ограничения скорости (дорожного знака и соответствующей дорожной разметки) тем, что представляет собой искусственное препятствие в виде балки сборной конструкции, легко устанавливаемой в необходимом месте, имеющей в поперечном сечении геометрический профиль сегмента или трапеции, изготовленной из достаточно прочного материала, монтируемой перпендикулярно оси дорожного движения, оказывающей физическое воздействие на транспортное средство и вызывающее у водителя дискомфорт при наезде в случае превышения разрешенной скорости движения транспортного средства.A forced speed limiting device that differs from traditional methods of speed limitation (road sign and corresponding road marking) in that it is an artificial obstacle in the form of a precast beam, easily installed in the right place, having in cross section a geometric profile of a segment or trapezoid made of sufficiently strong material mounted perpendicular to the axis of the road, which has a physical effect on the vehicle and vayuschee driver discomfort when running in case of exceeding the vehicle's authorized speed.
