Under the perforated drum there is a reservoir for collection of excess moisture not absorbed into seeds, from which excess moisture is supplied by means of a suction pump and suction tubes into a reservoir with a liquid for moistening.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify process of seeds moistening before sowing without application of additional mixing devices due to combination of moistening and mixing operations in one device with provision of respiratory process and separation of excess moisture.

It is known from the state of the art that uniform mixing of seeds can be achieved in a rotating drum. The technical objective of the invention is to ensure uniform mixing of moistened seeds.

A known installation for moistening seeds [Patent SU 270367], adopted as a prototype, consists of a seed hopper with a disk dispenser and a perforated stirrer connected to a liquid container, an inclined tray for supplying seeds and an inclined drum in which additional mixing of seeds is performed.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the presence of additional containers for moistening and devices for mixing seeds, which leads to increased injury.

The technical objective of the invention is to simplify the process of moistening seeds before sowing without the use of additional mixing devices by combining the operations of moistening and mixing in one device, ensuring the respiratory process and separating excess moisture.

The stated technical objective of the invention is achieved in the proposed installation for moistening seeds due to the fact that moistening and mixing of seeds occurs in one container, the seeds are in a rotating drum, and the liquid for moistening is supplied to the surface of the seeds through sprayers, thereby ensuring the process breathing of seeds while they are saturated with moisture, excess moisture that was not absorbed by the seeds flows through the holes of the drum
