SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a means of analgesic and anti-inflammatory action on joints and a method of its production. The agent for analgesic and anti-inflammatory action on joints is characterized by the following: it contains propolis, dead bees and gelatin as biologically active substances, and contains oil and beeswax as a base, and the components are contained in the following mass fractions: 10–20% of propolis, 10–20% of dead bees, 10–20% of gelatin, 10–20% of beeswax, the rest is oil. The method of obtaining the above-described agent with an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect on joints is characterized by the following: dead bees are added to the oil heated to a temperature of 75–80°C, then the mixture is left for one day at room temperature, after which it is heated to a temperature of 75–80°C, propolis with wax is added and the mixture is left for another day at room temperature, then the resulting mass is heated to a temperature of 75–80°C and filtered, also gelatin is added to cold water and kept until the water is absorbed by gelatin, after which gelatin is added to the strained mass, heated to a temperature of 75–80°C and stirred until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

EFFECT: above-described medicinal product has an increased analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to medicinal preparations containing materials from animals, in particular insects, for example, bees. [A61K 35/00, A61K 35/56, A61K 35/64, A61K 9/06, A61P 19/02].

A MEDICINAL OINTMENT is known from the prior art [GEP20043255 B, publ. 06.25.2004], which contains natural ingredients, namely: yellow sweet clover Genista Tinctoria L., wax, propolis and sunflower oil; used in medicine and cosmetology with the result of expanding the range of products for the treatment of skin diseases.

The disadvantage of the analogue is that, despite the coincidence of some ingredients with the product in question, the analogue does not have a therapeutic effect on the joints and is intended for the treatment of skin diseases.

Also known from the prior art is a VARIETY OF PURE NATURAL HONEYBOX CREAM FOR HEMOSTASIS OF SKIN WOUNDS AND ANALETIC CREAM FROM PAPAYA AND THE METHOD OF ITS PREPARATION [CN114558076 A, publ. 05/31/2022], which contains a honeycomb element made of pure natural cattail pollen and is characterized by the fact that: it contains from 24 to 24.5% of the oil phase and from 75.5 to 76% of the aqueous phase in terms of weight; the oil phase contains the following components in weight percentages: 1.5-2.0% propolis, 1.5-2.0% molecular distilled sesame oil, 7.0-8% cosmetic corn oil, 2-3% coconut oil, 4 .0-5% cetyl alcohol, 1.5-2% beeswax, 1.5-2% deep sea fish oil and 2.0-2.5% food grade glyceryl monostearate; the aqueous phase contains the following components in percentage by weight: 2.0-2.5% beehive extract, 1.5% nidus vespae extract, 3.0-3.5% cattail pollen extract, 1.5% prickly cabbage extract, 1.5-2.5% belladonna extract, 1.5-3.0% liquid licorice extract, 2.5-3.0% aloe barbadensis, 1.0-1.5% phellodendron extract, 1.0-1 .5% sappan tree extract, 0.5-1.0% cicada extract, 1.5% T-20, 1.0-1.5% alkyl glucoside and 51.5-56.0% deionized water.

The disadvantages of the analogue are the lack of anti-inflammatory effect and the lack of restoration of joint mobility.

The closest in technical essence is PROPOLIS WAX-CREAM WITH BEE DEATH (20% PROPOLIS, 5% DEATH) [https://doc-baden.ru/apteka/vosk-krem-propolisniy-s-pchelinnim-podmorom, publ. 09.28.2020], consisting of the following components: bee propolis - 20%; beeswax; olive oil; dead bees - 5%.

Indications for use:

- joint and muscle pain;

- vascular diseases of the lower extremities;

- phlebeurysm;

- migraine;

- thyrotoxicosis;

- neurological diseases;

- post-infectious and post-infusion phlebitis;

- injuries and bruises without violating the integrity of the skin (including muscle tissue, tendons, joints);

- subcutaneous hematomas.

The main disadvantage of the prototype is the absence of gelatin (collagen) in the wax cream and, as a consequence, the low effectiveness of analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as restoration of joint mobility.

The objective of the invention is to eliminate the shortcomings of the prototype.

The technical result of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects on joints, as well as more effectively restore their mobility.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that the remedy for the treatment of joint diseases, characterized by the fact that it contains propolis, dead bees and gelatin as biologically active substances, and contains oil and beeswax as a base, and the components are contained in the following mass fractions: propolis 10-20%, dead bees 10-20%, gelatin 10-20%, beeswax 10-20%, oil - the rest.

Implementation of the invention.

A product for the treatment of joint diseases containing propolis, gelatin and dead bees as biologically active substances. Beeswax, as well as vegetable (for example, coconut) oil or a mixture of vegetable oils are used as accompanying (auxiliary) substances in the composition of the product for the treatment of joint diseases. In this case, these components are contained in the following proportions (percent by weight):

- propolis (10-20%) - a resinous substance from brown to dark green, used by bees to seal cracks, regulate the patency of the entrance, disinfect the cells of the honeycomb before sowing eggs with the queen, as well as isolate foreign objects in the hive, has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects ;

- dead bees (10-20%) - crushed bodies of dead bees, a unique natural raw material containing protein, chitin, tannins, wax, vitamins, etc., the chitinous cover of bees contains heparin and heparoids that can suppress inflammatory processes;

- gelatin (10-20%) - a clear, colorless, tasteless food ingredient, usually obtained from collagen taken from animal body parts, which has a strengthening effect on joints;

- beeswax (10-20%) - an organic substance produced by the wax glands of honey bees, which has bactericidal and analgesic effects;

- oil (the rest).

The remedy for the treatment of joint diseases is used as follows.

Before use, the product is warmed to body temperature and applied to the skin in the area of the affected joint. The product is well absorbed by the skin, however, if too much is applied, the excess should be blotted off with dry wipes.

At the temperature of use, the product has a homogeneous creamy consistency. However, as the product cools to room temperature, separation (stratification) occurs, namely, the gelatin goes down and the cream base rises. To minimize this effect, the product must be stored in the refrigerator, since at temperatures close to 0 °C the product hardens.

If the product is not planned to be used in the near future, it can be stored frozen, for example, in the freezer, which extends the shelf life of the product.

This product is prepared in the following way.

To prepare the product you need (percent by weight):

- coconut oil (60%);

- dead bees (10%);

- propolis (10%);

- wax (10%)

- gelatin (10%).

Add dead bees to coconut oil heated to a temperature of 75-80 °C and infuse for one day at room temperature, after which it is heated to a temperature of 75-80 °C, add propolis with wax and infuse for another day at room temperature. Next, heat it to a temperature of 75-80 °C and filter.

Gelatin is added to cold water (about room temperature) and left until the gelatin absorbs the water. After which gelatin is added to the strained mass, heated to a temperature of 75-80 °C and stirred until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Oil, dead bees, propolis and gelatin are a liquid base, and when wax is added, a creamy consistency is obtained.

For experimental testing of the proposed drug for the treatment of joint diseases, the following versions of this drug were prepared, containing different mass fractions of components:

- propolis, dead bees, gelatin, beeswax 10% each, coconut oil - the rest;

- propolis, dead bees, gelatin, beeswax 15% each, coconut oil - the rest;

- propolis, dead bees, gelatin, beeswax 20% each, coconut oil - the rest.

Experimental testing confirmed approximately the same effectiveness of these variants of the product, however, the most convenient consistency for use is obtained in the first variant, where the proportion of all components except oil is 10%.

A remedy for the treatment of joint diseases can be used for both prevention and treatment.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that dead bees included in the product have an anti-inflammatory effect, and propolis has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, in addition, propolis irritates the skin, resulting in improved absorption of gelatin, collagen is more effectively delivered to the joint, which makes the use of the product more effective than, for example, gelatin compresses. Thus, propolis enhances the effect of gelatin (collagen), the collagen fibers of which, penetrating through the skin to the joint, support and restore cartilage, which is important, for example, with arthrosis changes, where gelatin is able to replace damaged cartilage tissue with healthy one. Gelatin also has the ability to relieve inflammation and pain in the joint area and make joints more mobile. Also, the achievement of a technical result is influenced by the method of preparing a remedy for the treatment of joint diseases, in which:

- the temperature of its components does not rise above 80 °C, which allows preserving the main part of the active substances, due to which the therapeutic effect on the human body occurs,

- straining the mixture allows you to remove excess substances;

- the sequence of mixing the components ensures a uniform distribution of active substances in the product in question and the required consistency of the product at the temperature of use.

The author used the drug for the treatment of joint diseases in a group of 50 people in 2021-2022. As a result of the use of the drug in question, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects were observed, as well as restoration of joint mobility, which are presented in more detail below:

- stops twisting your knees before going to bed;

- joints on the hands react less painfully to cold water;

- the lower back hurts less;

- the ankle joint stopped bothering me;

- the cervical spine stopped hurting;

- knees bend better;

- swelling of the knee has gone away, the crunch in the knee when bending has disappeared, the leg bends better at a greater angle, the pain under the knee has disappeared;

- the pain in the metatarsus is gone;

- the elbow joint began to straighten without pain;

- my legs stopped twitching after I lubricated my hip joints before going to bed;

- the joints on the knees have become more mobile, it is easier to climb to the 5th floor.
