EFFECT: invention allows to reduce losses of grain related to undernourished ears.

Description

The invention relates to agricultural machinery and can be used for combing plants on the vine.

Known single-drum combing adapter company "Shelburn-Reynolds" III, containing a casing with height adjustment, receiving stems, combing drum with 8 rows of combs, combs with combing teeth, adapter housing, feeding conveyor, header auger.

A known machine for harvesting seeds by combing plants on the root 121, comprising a combing drum with combs, a conveyor pipe, a grate device for separating seeds from a combed heap and a receiving device.

The disadvantage of these devices is the loss of grain associated with undercutting of ears.

To eliminate the noted drawback, the stripping apparatus is made with movable combs installed in guides and equipped with vibro drives.

The aim of the invention is to reduce grain loss by combining the processes of towing crops and the vibrational effect of combs on the spike of plants.

The cleaning apparatus (Fig. 1, 2, 3) contains a drum 3 with brackets 4, combs 1 assembled on bars 2, guides 5 and 7, clamps 6, vibration drives 9. Brackets 8 connect the bars 2 to vibration drives 9. The cleaning machine operates as follows way.

When the harvesting unit moves across the field, the combing drum 3 with the combs 1 installed on it rotates, penetrates into the plant mass and combes the ears. In the process of capturing plants and towing the ears of the comb 1 in the guides 5 and 7 make vibratory reciprocating movements with a certain frequency and amplitude. Vibrational movements facilitate the introduction of combs into the stalk. In addition, the ears of plants perceive the vibrational effects of the combs, which contributes to a more complete separation of grain from the ear. Application of the proposed technical solution reduces grain losses associated with undercutting of ears and does not have a negative impact on the environment.
