Abstract
Description
The method relates to methods for teaching swimming and can be used for sports and medical purposes. As a rule, swimming training is carried out in specialized institutions equipped with swimming pools. However, the number of swimming pools is not always sufficient for a particular area. So, for example, according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 6, 2010 No. 1485 - p "There is a shortage of stadiums, sports grounds and fields, gyms, swimming pools."
A known method of the development of physical activity in a reservoir (patent RU 2422183), including fastening on the human body in the pelvic region of the belt with a flexible connection, which is fixed at its other end fixed to the body of the object, and the flexible connection is fixed at a height equal to or lower than the center of gravity of the located in water in an inclined position of a person.
This method requires a sufficient amount of water to advance the swimmer in the forward (traction) direction until the flexible connection is tensioned and does not deter him from further advancement in the indicated direction. This means that the volume of water in the water tank should be significantly larger than the volume of the human body, which is not always possible to provide.
A known method of learning to swim (patent RU 2417811), characterized in that for learning using the aquatic environment with the ability to change the level of its depth depending on the nature of the exercises for learning to swim, and to perform preparatory exercises or exercises to adjust basic swimming skills set the level of depth of water environment, not exceeding the level at which students are able to breathe on outstretched arms in the "lying position" position on the bottom of the aquatic environment.
This method involves, among other things, filling the tank with water to a level equal to the level at which students can breathe on outstretched arms in the “lying down” position at the bottom of the aquatic environment. In this case, the volume of water in the tank with water should be significantly larger than the volume of the human body, which is not always possible to provide.
Closest to the claimed method is a method of teaching children to swim (patent RU 2061521), which consists in the fact that students are adapted to the aquatic environment, trained to occupy the correct body position in water, work out coordinated movements of arms and legs with periodic use of fins that provide movement in water in the required direction, and at the same time they practice breathing, correct the correctness of all movements and breathing, achieve their automatism, and in the process of training they use a mask, which protects the eyes and nose from direct contact with water and at the same time improves visibility under water, and the breathing tube, which provides free breathing with the face lowered into the water, and subsequently refuse to use first fins, then tubes and, lastly, masks, without losing This is a skill acquired in previous actions.
This method involves the use of fins for swimming training, which, in turn, involves the movement of a trained person in a container of water. This means that the volume of water in the water tank should be significantly larger than the volume of the human body, which is not always possible to provide.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the required volume of water required for swimming training.
This goal is achieved by the fact that they carry out the adaptation of a trained person to the aquatic environment, teach a person to occupy the correct position of the body in water. The lung capacity of a trained person is determined by determining the time interval No. 1 during which the trained person may not breathe, the time interval No. 2 is set between signal No. 1 and signal No. 2, and the indicated time interval No. 2 should not exceed the previously determined time interval No. 1 . The required movements and breathing are worked out by applying signal No. 1, by which the trained person draws air into the lungs, after which the trained person lowers his head into the tank with water so that the face of the learner is facing the bottom of the tank with water. Then signal No. 2 is given, by which the trained person releases air into a container of water, after which the trained person turns his head to the side so that the mouth of the trained person is above the surface of the water. Further, the trained person takes a breath and lowers his head into the container with water so that the person of the trained person is facing the bottom of the container with water. Then, after the time interval No. 2, signal No. 2 is applied, after which the sequence of actions between signals No. 2 is repeated. Correct the correct execution of the required movements and breathing and achieve automatism of the required movements and breathing.
Thus, the stated goal has been achieved, namely: the required volume of water required for swimming training has been reduced.
По истечении интервала времени №2 подают сигнал №2, после чего повторяют последовательность действий между сигналами №2.The proposed method consists in first bringing the body of the learner to a position comfortable for lowering the face into a container of water, for example, lying down. Then determine the lung capacity of the trained person by determining the time interval No. 1, during which the trained person may not breathe. Set the time interval No. 2 between signal No. 1 and signal No. 2, and the specified time interval No. 2 should not exceed the previously defined time interval No. 1. They give a signal No. 1, for example, in the form of a voice command, through which the person being trained takes air into the lungs. Next, the trained person dips his head in a container of water, for example, in a basin of water, so that the person of the trained person is facing the bottom of the container of water. The time interval No. 2 passes between signal No. 1 and signal No. 2. Signal No. 2 is given, according to which the trained person releases air into a container of water, after which the trained person turns his head to the side so that the mouth of the trained person is above the surface of the water. Further, the trained person takes a breath and lowers his head into the container with water so that the person of the trained person is facing the bottom of the container with water. After the time interval No. 2, signal No. 2 is applied, after which the sequence of actions between signals No. 2 is repeated.
In accordance with the proposed method, the body of a trained person is brought into a position comfortable for lowering the face into a container of water, for example, lying on mats, which allows you to relax the muscle corset, which simulates the body staying in water. Determine the lung capacity of the trained person by determining the time interval No. 1, which allows you to set the maximum volume of the lungs of the trained person and, accordingly, the maximum possible time interval from the moment of signal No. 1 to the moment of signal No. 2. Both signals - No. 1 and No. 2 - are designed to transmit commands to a trained person. For the comfortable implementation of swimming training, it is provided for the installation of an individual time interval No. 2, which is less than the time interval No. 1, in which case a particular learner will not experience discomfort when holding his breath. Repeating the sequence of actions between signals No. 2 allows you to simulate the breathing and head movement of a trained person when swimming in an aquatic environment with the “crawl” style (Article “Crawl (swimming) is:”, section “Breath”, link to source (URL): http: / /dic.academic.ru/dic.nsf/ruwiki/482537#.D0.94.D1.8B.D1.85.D0.B0.D0.BD.D0.B8.D0.B5) and, accordingly, fix the required movement and breathing skills. According to the swimming style, the “crawl” inhalation takes place through the mouth, while the head is turned towards the arm that moves above the water. Then, towards the end of the swing, the head turns down and forward. Exhalation occurs into the water through the nose and mouth evenly throughout the interval until the next breath.
The use of this method allows you to reduce the required volume of water needed for learning to swim, as the inventive method involves immersing part of the body, namely the head, in a container of water, for example, a basin of water. In this case, the required volume of water is much less than the volume of the human body. This allows you to conduct swimming training in the absence of the ability of the trained person to visit specialized institutions. So, for example, in the case of a lack of a sufficient number of pools, a person can study at home. In addition, the proposed method is of particular interest to people with disabilities - in particular, due to the use of this method, it is possible to train the respiratory and cardiovascular systems of this category of bedridden patients and disabled people, to receive positive emotions from physical activity in water. Together, the above allows you to get an extended social effect from the use of the proposed method.
Thus, the stated goal has been achieved, namely: the required volume of water required for swimming training has been reduced.
