Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used to obtain artificial soil mixtures intended for growing plants and in the reclamation of technologically disturbed areas.
10.02.2009. №4].Known artificial soil (soil mixture) containing a water-absorbing spatial polymer in an amount of 0.5-1.0 wt. % and fractional composition of 0.7-2.5 mm; biological insecticides and / or fungicides 0.001-0.01 wt. % Artificial soil additionally contains sodium benzoate 0.1-1.0 wt. % as a preservative and ascorbic acid in an amount of 0.5-1.0 wt. % as an antioxidant. A natural porous mineral selected from the group: perlite, and / or vermiculite, and / or zeolite, makes up the rest of the mixture [Patent RU No. 2345518, publ. 02/10/2009. Bull. No. 4].
This technical solution does not take into account the possibility of using industrial waste and plant residues.
The closest technical solution adopted for the prototype is a soil mixture based on peat [Patent RU No. 2067969, publ. 08/10/2000. Bull. No. 22], containing horse peat, sand, clay, mineral fertilizers and substances that reduce peat acidity in the following ratio of components (per 1 liter of mixture), g: clay 50-60; sand 120-160; superphosphate 1.5-2.0; ballastless complex fertilizer 2.0-5.0; high peat, neutralized to pH 5.5-6.0, the rest.
An essential feature of the prototype is the obligatory use of expensive mineral fertilizers and the neutralization of peat, since without these conditions the components themselves do not provide a nutritious soil mixture containing a balanced number of elements that ensure optimal growth and development of plants, and, as a result, do not provide a high yield.
The invention is directed to the creation of artificial soil mixtures using industrial wastes and plant residues, expanding the range of artificial soil mixtures with high fertility rates, which provide high productivity.
This is achieved by the fact that the artificial soil mixture includes sand, clay, defecate, waste wet magnetic separation, plant residues with the following components, wt. %: sand 15-20, clay 30-40, defecate 10-15, waste wet magnetic separation 15-20, plant residues - the rest.
A comparable analysis with the prototype shows that the inventive artificial soil mixture is different in that it contains industrial wastes, such as defecate and wet magnetic separation waste, as well as plant residues. Thus, the claimed solution meets the criteria of the invention of "novelty."
Comparison of the claimed solution not only with the prototype, but also with other well-known technical solutions in this technical field did not confirm the presence in the latter features that coincide with its distinctive features, or signs that affect the achievement of the specified technical result. This allowed us to conclude that the invention meets the criterion of "inventive step".
With this composition of artificial soil mixture, due to chemical processes between the components of the mixture, a fertile soil mixture is formed, while it is possible to utilize plant residues, preventing them from burning or placing solid household waste on landfills, which reduces the anthropogenic pressure on the environment. The addition of industrial waste makes it possible to re-engage them in the technological cycle, which contributes to the creation of low-waste technologies.

5.An important component in the creation of artificial soil mixtures are plant residues, i.e. tree leaves, grass, etc. In this case, the chemical composition of plant residues is presented in table. 5.
Before using the components in the composition of artificial soil mixtures, they were checked for toxicological characteristics. All components are non-toxic, since their toxicity does not exceed 20%, so they can be used in the production of artificial soil mixtures [MP 2.1.7.2297-07. Substantiation of the hazard class of production and consumption waste by phytotoxicity].
An important condition for the preparation of artificial soil mix is the thorough mixing of the starting components. The manufacture of artificial soil mixtures is based on the mechanical mixing of heterogeneous components, which can vary significantly in physical, chemical and biological characteristics. The starting components were mixed, granulated and maintained in the autumn-winter period.
6.The component composition of artificial soil mixtures is presented in table. 6.
An artificial soil mixture can be considered high-quality, corresponding to the main characteristics and indicators, established regulatory requirements, which should ensure optimal properties of the artificial soil mixture.
7. In the spring, a chemical analysis of artificial soil mixtures was performed. The results of the chemical composition of artificial soil mixtures are presented in table. 7.
8.An analysis of the data in Table 7 shows that the created artificial soil mixtures in total chemical composition are close to the control composition (the soil is dark gray forest Belgorod region). An assessment of the suitability of the created artificial soil mixture for biological reclamation by the same indicators showed that the analyzed artificial soil mixture belongs to the first group suitable: fertile, potentially fertile, for plant growth [GOST 17.5.1.03.-86. Protection of Nature. Of the earth. Classification of overburden and enclosing rocks for biological land reclamation]. Further indicators of productivity were determined. Samples were laid in small-scale experiment in the amount of 1 kg on an area of 78.5 cm 2 each in triplicate. The created artificial soil mixtures in the form of granules were placed in vessels without a bottom for field research; in the spring, crops were sown - onion sevoc. After 90 days of exposure, the sown onion sowing was removed from the artificial soil mixture and its yield was determined. Yield indicators are presented in table. 8.
Field studies have shown that the second, third and fourth compositions of artificial soil mixtures exceed the control in yield and can be used for growing plants in agricultural conditions, in addition, they can be used in the reclamation of technologically disturbed areas.
This artificial soil mixture acquires the optimal structure and nutrients necessary for plant growth, and can be used in the biological stage of reclamation of technologically disturbed areas.
A comparable analysis of the proposed solution with the prototype shows that the claimed technical solution differs from the known prototype in chemical composition, in which most of the peat is replaced by plant residues formed when caring for lawn vegetation, as well as during seasonal cleaning of fallen leaves of trees. In addition, industrial components, such as defecate, and wet magnetic separation waste are included in the component composition of artificial soil mixtures. The invention allows to obtain easy to manufacture and cost-effective fertile artificially created soil mixtures.
The artificial soil mixture created using sand, clay, industrial waste and plant residues is not inferior to the soil in chemical composition and promotes the growth of plants without fertilizing.
The created artificial soil mixtures reduce the harmful effects on the environment by eliminating the storage of industrial waste, plant residues, and their use as part of artificial soil mixtures, which can be used in the reclamation of technologically disturbed areas, allows you to restore disturbed lands and implement the biological stage of reclamation - planting tree and shrub crops.
