Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics.
2007; 2 (44):74-77).There is a method of treating dislocation of the ulnar head, which consists in stabilizing the ulnar head using autologous tendon of the ulnar extensor as a stabilizing ligament (Nikitin V.Yu., Lomaya MP, Palliative surgery in the treatment of chronic injuries and diseases of the distal radiolactic joint. Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia. 2007; 2 (44): 74-77).
The disadvantage of this method is the high percentage of relapses, since the length of the distal ulna is not taken into account.
The objective of the proposed technical solution is to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of dislocation of the head of the ulna in children.
The technical result of the task is achieved by the fact that in the method of treating dislocation of the head of the ulna in children, it is proposed to perform an osteotomy of the ulna in the distal section; reduction and rotation of the head of the ulna until reaching the reduction of the head of the ulna into the distal radiolbow joint; at the same time, the head of the ulnar bone is fixed with a knitting needle in the distal radiolactic joint; and stabilization of the position of the ulna is performed with a osseous plate using screws.

Figure 5 shows the result of treatment after 2 years.
A method of treating dislocation of the head of the ulna in children is as follows.
The operation was performed by patient D., 15 years old, with a diagnosis of Dislocation of the head of the ulnar bone in the distal radiolactic joint. Pain syndrome.
Complaints upon admission to persistent pain in the left distal radiolbow joint, impaired and restricted movement. According to the patient, the pain appeared a year ago after falling on the left arm.
On examination, the upper limbs are symmetrical, on the left there is a positive press test and dislocation of the head of the ulna. Rotational movements are limited, painful, according to the examination: X-ray and magnetic tomography revealed a dislocation of the head of the left ulnar bone in the distal radiolbow joint.
Given the dislocation of the head of the ulna, pain and limitation of movement, the patient underwent surgery.
Access was made on the outer surface in the distal ulnar bone. Then an osteotomy of the

Rehabilitation of the patient was carried out after 4-6 weeks, the retaining needle is removed. Exercise therapy is carried out (with the development of passive and active movements in the distal radiological elbow joint). Control examination was carried out after 6 and 12 months.
The patient was examined after 2 years. There are no complaints. On examination, the joint is stable, movement in full, the function of the distal radiolbow joint restored in full.
The positive effect of the proposed technical solution is to increase the effectiveness of treatment by eliminating relapses of dislocation of the ulnar head, improving the quality of life and restoring limb function.
