Abstract
Description
The invention relates to cumulative charges, in particular, to a method for manufacturing copper linings with a microcrystalline structure.
The main tasks facing the technical field under consideration and the invention is aimed at solving is the possibility of manufacturing cumulative linings with a single tail, increasing the manufacturability of the production of cumulative linings and ensuring the effectiveness of their use in the construction of cumulative charges.
The closest analogue in the number of similar features and the problem to be solved to a new technical solution regarding the method of manufacturing the lining is a method of manufacturing an asymmetric lining of the cumulative charge according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2180723 (publication of 03.20.02). According to this patent, the cumulative lining is made of a copper plate by the method of rotational drawing in two stages with subsequent recrystallization annealing after each stage to restore the microstructure and give the material its original plasticity. In contrast to the known methods, including rotational drawing in one or more stages and one recrystallization annealing, in this patent each stage is carried out in two stages, changing the direction of rotation of the workpiece to the opposite, while at the same time they provide the same thinning of the workpiece, which creates conditions equal to material deformation at each stage, and its recrystallization annealing is carried out after each stage. The operation of the rotational hood is performed at the same speed of rotation of the workpiece and the same deformation force. To give the workpiece material the necessary plastic properties, the workpiece after each rolling step is subjected to recrystallization annealing, which restores the initial plasticity of the material and converts large grains elongated in the direction of deformation into small grains. The parameters of recrystallization annealing are selected experimentally for each cladding material. Next, the lining surface is refined for the further precision assembly of the cumulative charge by machining the outer surface of the lining on the machine until the necessary geometry is obtained.
The disadvantage of this method is the use of hoods in two stages, followed by annealing after each stage, which complicates the technology of manufacturing the cladding. It should also be noted that annealing is carried out in an air furnace, which can lead to the enrichment of copper with oxygen.
Known similar solutions aimed at solving the same problems, for example, a method of manufacturing a cumulative cladding and cladding made by this method according to GB patent No. 2257497 (publication of 01/13/93). The lining of the cumulative charge is made of equal thickness, conical, of a copper alloy with an oxygen content of 0.03% and a grain size of 15 μm or less. The cladding is made in 4 stages. The first 3 stages include cold rolling from a bar into a plate, followed by annealing and obtaining a workpiece with a grain size of 15 μm. From the plate by means of a rotary hood, a lining with the required size is obtained. Next, recrystallization annealing is performed at a temperature of 330 ° C and subsequent refinement, for example, by abrasive means. Annealing is carried out for 1 hour in an air-circulation furnace.
The disadvantage is the reduced effectiveness of the cumulative charge with the use of this cladding due to the insufficient quality of the cladding associated with the use of an air-circulation furnace, because when used as a copper cladding material, the cladding material is inevitably saturated with oxygen, which negatively affects the level of armor penetration. In addition, there is an uneven deformation of the crystal lattice in the thickness of the lining.
There is another lining of the cumulative charge and the method of its manufacture according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2253831 (publication of 06/10/05). The cumulative charge lining according to the patent comprises a mixture of a heavy metal powder and a powdered metal binder, said lining being molded into the desired shape by injection molding and sintering. Preferred forms of liners include conical, biconical, tulip-shaped, hemispherical, circular, linear and funnel-shaped.
The disadvantage of these known solutions is the inability to obtain a uniform density of the lining associated with the technology of their manufacture.
The closest analogue to the claimed technical solution is a method of manufacturing a cumulative charge lining, which includes obtaining from the initial cylindrical copper billet a cold draft of a billet, its recrystallization annealing, machining, subsequent rolling of the billet on a cone mandrel to obtain a billet in the form of a hollow cone and then annealing said blank in the form of a hollow cone (RU 2231739 C2, F42H 1/036, 06/27/2004, 2 pp.).
These methods do not provide a microstructure that meets current requirements for copper cladding for fine-grained and uniform microstructure. It is important to note one feature of all the above methods - the copper billet made by these methods for rolling into the lining has a formed microstructure with already recrystallized grains and during rolling (rotational extrusion of the metal), the formed grains of the metal microstructure are subjected to deformation.
A manufacturing method consists of the following steps.
Cut the workpiece from copper on a tape machine 370A CNC with a length of 99 ± 0.5 mm, a diameter of 45 mm, process the workpiece by trimming the ends to a size of 98-0.35 mm and blunt the edges with a radius of 0.2 mm.
Stamp for 3 transitions a workpiece on a hydraulic press DG2436A with the formation of a shank and a thickening with a ball mark for further processing.
Between the transitions and after the billet is subjected to washing, heat treatment (annealing at a temperature of 400-420 ° C for 90 minutes in a saltpeter bath) and clarification.
Выполнить сферодвижную штамповку для окончательного формирования заготовки «грибок» для последующей ротационной вытяжки диаметром 150 мм и углом раскрытия 145° (внутренний угол).Carry out sphere-forging for the final formation of the “fungus” preform for subsequent rotational drawing with a diameter of 150 mm and an opening angle of 145 ° (internal angle).
After stamping, annealing is performed in an oxygen-free medium in a saltpeter bath at a temperature of 400-420 ° C for 90 minutes, followed by cooling in water.
Next, rotate the hood on a Leifeld ST-400DK machine. The rotational hood is produced with two rollers on a conical mandrel in one pass with the workpiece rotating in one direction, while the rolling force is applied counterclockwise (the side opposite to the cumulative charge rotation in real work), while the feed rate of the support with the rolling rollers varies from 0, 1 mm / rev to 45-50 mm / rev in different parts of the conical part of the cladding, while the grain of the workpiece material is crushed and the required uniformity of the structure of the workpiece material is achieved and the task of mutual comp nsatsii own rotation shaped charge and rotation due to the occurrence of residual shear stresses and anisotropy properties cumulative lining material after rotary drawing annealing is performed saltpeter bath at a temperature of 400-420 ° C for 30 minutes with cooling in water.
Заключительными переходами изготовления кумулятивной облицовки являются калибровка в полиуретановую матрицу для получения требуемой конструкторской документацией точности размеров и механическая обработка на высокоскоростном прецизионном токарном станке РД/A-T-V3.The final steps in the manufacture of cumulative cladding are calibration in a polyurethane matrix to obtain the required dimensional accuracy by the design documentation and machining on the RD / A-T-V3 high-speed precision lathe.
Т. Thus, the inventive method allows for mass production of facings, the use of which in cumulative charges can increase armor penetration.
