Для приготовления бетонной смеси подготавливают и дозируют сырьевые компоненты. Портландцемент и измельченные до прохождения через сито №014 отходы обработки пеностекла (обрезки, горбушка) смешивают, добавляют гранулированное пеностекло, воду и вновь смешивают. Полученную бетонную смесь укладывают в металлические (предварительно смазанные машинным маслом) формы и оставляют до затвердевания. Затем изделия извлекают из форм и транспортируют на склад готовой продукции.
