Abstract
1. Гранулированный наноструктурирующий заполнитель на основе высококремнеземистых компонентов для бетонной смеси, изготовленный из кремнеземсодержащего сырья в виде гранул размером 0,5-10 мм, состоящих из ядра и защитной оболочки, отличающийся тем, что ядро получено гранулированием высококремнеземистой породы, предварительно измельченной до прохождения на сите 0,315 или вспученного перлитового песка, взятых в соотношении 0,60-0,95:0,05-0,40 по массе, скрепленных щелочесодержащим связующим, состоящим из водного раствора смеси гидроксида щелочного металла и силиката Na плотностью 1,2-1,3 г/см(щелочь : силикат = 0,6-0,99:0,01-0,4 по массе) в количестве 5-30% от смеси, а защитная оболочка сформирована на поверхности ядра его скатыванием сухим портландцементом марки не ниже СЕМ II 32,5, с последующим твердением до прочности не менее 0,12 МПа.2.
