Abstract
1. Способ получения силикатных стеновых изделий, включающий смешивание известкового компонента и заполнителя, включающего кремнеземсодержащий и известьсодержащий компоненты, формование строительных изделий и последующую их автоклавную обработку, отличающийся тем, что в качестве заполнителя используют гранулированный композит с размером гранул 0,5-10,0 мм, состоящий из ядра и оболочки, причем при изготовлении ядра используют молотую до удельной поверхности 150-250 м2/кг смесь, состоящую из вышеуказанного кремнеземсодержащего компонента в виде перлита и гидроксида щелочного металла в массовом соотношении 0,70-0,95:0,05-0,30, в качестве связки используют водный раствор силиката натрия плотностью 1,2-1,3 г/см3 в количестве 0,1-7,0% по отношению к массе ядра гранулы, формирование защитной оболочки на поверхности ядра гранулы производят в среде сухой пылевидной смеси из вышеуказанного известьсодержащего компонента и натрия кремнефтористого в массовом соотношении 0,85-0,95:0,05-0,15; полученный гранулированный заполнитель вводят в силикатную смесь после приобретения им прочности в результате твердения при температуре окружающей среды не менее 2,1 МПа, при этом в сырьевую смесь при перемешивании дополнительно вводят кремнеземсодержащий компонент при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! известьсодержащий компонент10,0-12,5кремнеземсодержащий компонент50,0-82,5гранулированный заполнитель5-40 ! 2.
