SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for collecting fruit from the trees. It includes a handle and a knife mounted thereon. It is provided with a housing with a lid, a mini electric drive with a power supply, a switch, a casing, a ring with a receiving bag mounted on top. The knife is placed in the housing and is made in the form of the cutting disc and the counter-cutting disc of the same diameter, mounted on parallel axes. The cutting disc is made with a sharpened edge, and the counter-cutting one is made double with grooved edges. The distance between the parts of the double disc is at least not less than the thickness of the cutting disc. The cutting disc and the counter-cutting disc are placed with overlap to a depth equal to the height of sharpening. The lower part of the housing is provided with a threaded bushing, on which a removable rod with a remote switch is fixed.

EFFECT: invention provides increased device performance, ease of operation and versatility.

Description

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for collecting fruit from trees.

Known pruning shears used for pruning tree branches and removing fruit, including articulated cutting and antiskid knives, spring-loaded handles, a travel stop, made in the form of a protrusion, and a latch (RF Patent No. 2045157, IPC A01G 3/02, 1995).

A device for removing fruits, including a handle and a knife mounted on it (A. S. USSR, 402349, IPC A01G 3/02, 1974).

The disadvantages of the known devices are the low productivity of fruit collection and the inconvenience of their use. During operation, it is possible that the hand of the worker is damaged, supporting the fetus.

An object of the invention is to increase the productivity of the device, ease of operation and versatility.

The technical task is achieved in that the device for removing fruits, including a handle and a knife fixed to it, is equipped with a housing with a cover, a mini electric drive with a power supply, a switch, a casing, a ring with a receiving bag mounted on top, the knife is placed in the housing and made in the form of cutting discs of the same diameter mounted on parallel axes of the opposite diameter, the cutting disc is made with a sharpened edge, and the opposing disc is doubled with grooved edges, the distance between the parts of the doubled disc, at least not less than the thickness of the cutting disc, the cutting and opposing discs are overlapped to a depth equal to the sharpening height. In addition, a threaded sleeve is fixed on the lower part of the housing, on which a removable rod is mounted, which is equipped with a remote switch.

The fruit picking device comprises a housing 1, in which a knife is placed, made in the form of cutting and opposing discs 4 and 5 of the same diameter mounted on parallel axes 2 and 3, the cutting disc 4 is made with a sharpened edge 6, and the opposing 5 is doubled with corrugated edges 7. The distance between the parts of the twin disc is at least not less than the thickness of the cutting disc 4. The cutting and counter discs 4 and 5 are overlapped to a depth equal to the height of the grinding 6. The housing 1 is equipped with a cover 8, a mini-electric drive 9 with a power supply 10, a switch 11, a casing 12 and a ring 13 with a receiving bag 14 mounted on top.

On the lower part of the housing 1 is fixed a threaded sleeve 15, on which is attached a removable rod 16, which is equipped with a remote switch 17.

A device for removing fruits works as follows.

During work, the worker, holding the fruit in one hand, and the device in the other, brings it to the stem 18 so that it is located between the cutting 4 and the counter-opposing 5 discs, after slight pressure on the stem 18, the worker starts the mini-drive 9 with the switch 11, the belt drive drives the cutting disk 4 and sharpened edge 6 cuts the stem 18, after which the worker turns off the engine, cuts the fruit into the bag 14, mounted on top of the housing 1 using the ring 13.

The device for removing fruits is equipped with a rod 16 made with the possibility of changing its length.

For better engagement of the stem 18, the edges of the anti-drying disc 5 are grooved 7, a cutting disc 4 with a sharpened edge 6 rotates between the disks 5, with overlap to a depth equal to the height of the sharpening 6.

The proposed fruit picking device is universal, it is possible to pick fruits from both low and high-growing trees, while the labor of the worker eliminates damage to the fingers, is convenient in operation, and provides an increase in productivity by 20 ... 25%.

A device for removing fruits, including a handle and a knife mounted on it, characterized in that it is equipped with a housing with a cover, a mini electric drive with a power supply, a switch, a casing, a ring with a receiving bag mounted on top, the knife is placed in the housing and made in the form of cutting discs of the same diameter mounted on parallel axes of the same diameter, the cutting disc is made with a sharpened edge, and the opposing disc is doubled with grooved edges, the distance between the parts of the doubled disc is at least not less than ins blade, cutting discs and the counter-placed to overlap at a depth equal to the height of sharpening. 2. The device for removing fruits under item 1, characterized in that the lower part of the housing is equipped with a threaded sleeve, on which a removable rod with a remote switch is fixed.
