SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of smoking mixture intended for smoking using hookah. Method for preparation of smoking mixture for hookah envisages selection of tobacco raw material sheet, removal of average fibre, moistening and milling plates leaves to size of not less than 1 cm², preliminary preparation of sauce and its application on tobacco, soaking and packaging. At that, in order to reduce toxicity of mixture, in milled tobacco raw material nicotine content is determined, mixed tobacco with grinded herbal additive with spicy tone in certain proportions depending on nicotine content in tobacco, but to vegetal additive is not more than 20% of total composition of end product, mixture is conditioned till moisture content 25-30%, pasteurised at a temperature of 50±5°C for 7 hours, and sauce consisting of glycerine and honey is applied heated to 60°C, mixture is held for not less than 72 hours at periodic mixing, wherein end product has following ratio of components, %:

Description

The invention relates to the tobacco industry, and in particular to a technology for manufacturing a high-security smoking mixture intended for smoking using a hookah. A method of reducing the toxicity of smoking mixtures for hookah can be used at tobacco enterprises.

In recent years, the consumption of non-traditional tobacco products, such as hookah “Tobacco for hookah,” having a wide palette of taste and aroma, has been growing in the Russian Federation. In accordance with Federal Law of December 22, 2008 No. 268-ФЗ “Technical Regulations for Tobacco Products”, tobacco for hookah is a type of smoking tobacco product intended for smoking using a hookah and is a mixture of cut or torn raw materials for the production of tobacco products with or without non-tobacco raw materials and other ingredients.

Known methods for the preparation of smoking compositions that regulate the amount of nicotine in the mixture and reduce the toxicity of the mixtures. For example, the smoking composition (Pat. RU No. 2048780, A24B 13/00, publ. 11/27/95) contains nicotine in the form of an inclusion complex formed between the cyclo compound and nicotine, which is included in various amounts of weight percent in the smoking article and maintains a stable nicotine-containing content component until it is released by smoking. The disadvantage is the complicated method of preliminary preparation of the nicotine-containing complex, in which the spread of nicotine can be from 6 to 17 wt.

There is also a method of preparing a smoking mixture for hookah (Pat. RU 2446719, A24B 3/12, publ. 04/10/11), including pre-sorting and selection of tobacco leaves that are not damaged by diseases and pests, removal of the middle vein, grinding tobacco leaves to a size not less than 1 cm ² , washing with water at a temperature of 85-90 ° C every 8 hours, separating shredded tobacco of high humidity from water and drying, mixing with breaking glues, drying shredded tobacco in an open container at a temperature of 28-30 ° C to humidity 20%, exposure of crushed tobacco in a closed container, exposure at a temperature of 45-50 ° C for 7 days, applying a pre-prepared sauce solution to prepared crushed tobacco, mixing, introducing a pre-prepared flavor solution and food coloring, thoroughly mixing all components of tobacco for hookah, baking homogeneous mixture in a closed container at room temperature for 7 days with stirring of the target product every 6 hours and packaging.

Reducing the toxicity of the smoking mixture for hookah is due to the large multiplicity of washing of the tobacco raw materials with exposure to high temperature water.

The disadvantage of this method is the lack of the possibility of further regulation of the nicotine content in the mixture, as well as a decrease in the quality of the final product due to leaching of substances that positively affect the taste (carbohydrates).

The technical result of the invention is to obtain the target product with a given, controlled nicotine content, lowering the toxicity of the product by replacing part of the tobacco material with vegetable flower-herbaceous raw materials.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of preparing a smoking mixture for hookah, which involves the selection of leaf tobacco raw materials, removing the middle vein, moistening and grinding leaf blades to a size of at least 1 cm ² , preliminary preparation of the sauce and its application on tobacco, aging the mixture and packaging , according to the invention, in order to reduce the toxicity of the mixture, the nicotine content in the crushed tobacco raw materials is preliminarily determined, then the tobacco is mixed with the crushed herbal supplement with spicy notes it in a certain ratio, depending on the nicotine content in tobacco, but so that it does not exceed 20% of the total composition of the target product, condition the mixture of tobacco with a herbal supplement to a moisture content of 25-30%, pasteurize at a temperature of 50 ± 5 ° C for 7 hours, and the sauce consisting of glycerin and honey is applied heated to 60 ° C and the mixture is kept for at least 72 hours with periodic stirring, while the target product has the following ratio of components: herbal supplement with an aromatic note (thyme, oregano) - up to 20%, litserin - 40%, honey - 15%, tobacco - the rest.

The causal relationship of the essential features of the invention and the technical result is as follows.

Determination of the nicotine content in the source tobacco makes it possible by calculation to establish the amount of added vegetable supplement, which is used as a plant flower-herbaceous raw material with a spicy note (thyme, oregano), and to obtain a product with a given nicotine content, to reduce the toxicity of the final, target product.

Conditioning a mixture of tobacco with a herbal supplement to a moisture content of 25-30% helps to equalize the moisture content of the mixed components.

Pasteurization of a mixture with a herbal supplement, which is a medicinal raw material with bactericidal properties, at a temperature of 50 ± 5 ° C for 7 hours is quite sufficient to prevent the development of pathogens and preserve the consumer properties of the target product during long-term storage.

The pre-prepared sauce solution, heated before application to 60 ° C, promotes better impregnation of the mixture, the honey contained in the sauce, which is a natural preservative, prolongs the shelf life of the product and tastes good with tobacco and floral-herbaceous raw materials, giving the final product a tart, saturated taste. Extracting the mixture with sauce for 72 hours with stirring, brings the product to a homogeneous mixture.

The method is implemented as follows.
