The screen has openings with a diameter of 25 mm and the inclined projections. The screen consists of a rack fixed to the axis.

EFFECT: this constructive solution provides improvement of quality of clod crushing and purity of tubers in the combine hopper.

Description

The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to machines for pre-planting preparation of the arable horizon of the soil for harvesting potatoes.

A known machine for preplant soil preparation for harvesting potatoes, consisting of a frame, supporting and copying rollers, digging tool, rod elevators and a cross conveyor. Moreover, it is equipped with a lump-breaking device [1], made in the form of two sections of working bodies symmetrically and mirror-mounted relative to the longitudinal axis of the machine, each working body of the section being made in the form of a disk with knives pivotally mounted on it, according to the invention, the middle of the knife in the direction the rotation of the disk is connected to the middle of the arc of its circle between adjacent knives by a spring, and a grille is mounted directly behind the disk, pivotally mounted on one side of the machine frame, while Brushes adapted to change the cell size and the tilt angle in the vertical plane.

The disadvantage of this device is the low efficiency of crumbling lumps of soil due to the fact that the knives of the lumping device during contact with the lumps of soil only partially destroy them, and partially shift them in the direction of movement.

The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the destruction of lumps and the purity of tubers in the hopper of the combine.

To increase the efficiency of destruction of soil lumps, a system of destruction of lumps has been developed, consisting of a screen 7, containing holes 10, inclined projections 11.

Figure 1 schematically shows a machine for preplant soil preparation with the proposed screen, figure 2 - screen design.

The machine consists of a frame 1, supporting and copying rollers 2, a digging working body 3, rod elevators 4, a transverse conveyor 5, a crushing device 6, a screen 7.

The principle of the machine for preplant soil preparation is as follows. When the machine moves, a digging-in working body 3, mounted on a frame 1 connected to the supporting-rollers 2, cuts the soil layer and transfers it to the elevator 4, where the soil lumps are separated and crumbled by a lump-breaking device 6 and a screen 7 is placed for more intensive destruction of the lumps , when you hit it, lumps are destroyed to a smaller size. The device for destroying the lumps contains a screen 7, consisting of a stand 8 mounted on the axis 9, it is also possible to adjust the angle of inclination of the screen in the vertical plane and it has holes 10 with a diameter of d = 25 mm and inclined protrusions 11 for more efficient destruction of the lumps.

Conducted laboratory studies of a prototype machine for preplant soil preparation with the proposed design of the system of destruction of lumps showed its higher efficiency compared with the known technical solutions.
