The diet contains: 19.0 units; 222 MA MJ; 19.4 g of dry matter, 2792 g of crude protein; 2131 g of digestible protein; 3993 g of crude fiber; 2856 g of starch; 2313 g of sugar; 468 g of crude fat; 103 g of calcium; 59.3 g of phosphorus; 43 g of magnesium; 326 g potassium; 3034 mg of iron; 281 mg of copper; 554 mg of zinc; 11 mg cobalt; 803 mg manganese; 12.1 mg of iodine; 3235 mg carotene; 11.2 mg of vitamin D; 764 mg of vitamin E (main diet).
И. и др.The ration for feeding dairy cows was compiled on the basis of the reference manual "Norms and rations for feeding farm animals." Kalashnikov A.P., Scheglova V.V., Kleimenova N.I. and etc.
The disadvantage of this food is its low nutritional value.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the nutritional value of feed by increasing the content of metabolic energy, digestible protein, sugars.
This goal is achieved by the fact that an additive in the form of rapeseed or soybean meal in an amount providing 20% of the nutrition of the whole feed, or a mixture of rapeseed and soybean meal in an amount of 10% of the total nutritional value of the whole feed, is introduced into the grain mixture.
Rapeseed and soybean meal are rich in protein, essential amino acids, and energy, which ensure high productivity of animals.
Grain of rape and soy contains anti-nutritional substances that reduce the eatability of this feed. In order to inactivate these anti-nutritional substances, it is necessary to heat the grain of this food before feeding the animals, only after heat treatment with a given exposure in rapeseed and soybean meal, the anti-nutritional substances are destroyed.
The amino acids and other nitrogen-containing substances that come with the feed serve as the starting material for the protein or nitrogen substance — they are the main part of the feed protein. With an excess of protein in animals, acidosis can occur, and with a lack of protein - a decrease in productivity and growth energy.
The experiment was conducted on dairy cows of black-motley breed, on 2-3 months of lactation of cows, average live weight of 500-510 kg, with an average daily milk yield of 17.1-19.2 kg, on 4 similar groups of cows, 7 animals each. 4 experimental group was a control and received only grain mix.
In the main diet of dairy cows of 1, 2, 3 experimental groups were introduced: in the 1st group, 20% of rapeseed meal instead of 20% of grain mix by nutrition; in group 2, 20% of soybean meal instead of 20% of grain mix by nutrition; in group 3, a mixture of 10% rapeseed and 10% soybean meal instead of 20% grain mix by nutrition.
The productivity of dairy cows was taken into account by conducting control milking ten days. In the control group, milk yield was 17.6 kg.
In the 1st experimental group, where dairy cows were fed 20% of rapeseed meal, instead of 20% of the grain mix by nutrition, the average daily milk yield in this group was 20.8 kg, which is 18.2% higher than in the control group.
In the 2nd experimental group, where dairy cows were fed 20% of soybean meal, instead of 20% of the grain mixture by nutrition, the average daily milk yield was 22.0 kg, which is 25.0% higher than in the control group.
In the 3rd experimental group, where dairy cows were fed a mixture of 10% rapeseed and 10% soybean meal, instead of 20% of the grain mix in terms of nutrition, the average daily milk yield was 21.1 kg, which is 20% higher than in the control group.
The use of rapeseed and soybean meal for feeding dairy cows at 20%, instead of 20% grain mix for nutrition, or a mixture of rapeseed and soybean meal for 10% each, instead of 20% grain mix for nutrition, contributed to an average daily milk yield of 20.8; 22.0; 21.1 kg, which is 3.2; 4.4; 3.5 kg more than in the control group.
The highest average daily milk yield was observed in the 2nd experimental group and amounted to 22.0 kg.
For the main period of experience, the gross milk yield in the experimental groups amounted to:
I experimental group - 1872 kg / goal.
II experimental group - 1980 kg / goal.
15,0-17,0%.III experimental group - 1899 kg / goal. That is higher than milk yield in the control group by 18.2; 25.0; 20.0% while reducing costs by 15.0-17.0%.
Therefore, the inclusion of rapeseed and soybean meal in the diet contributed to increasing the nutritional value of this feed, balancing the diets for digestible protein.
The economic effect due to the additional milk received, taking into account the cost of feed in the first group, amounted to 6915.6 rubles / head .; in the second group - 8641.8 rubles / goal; in the third group - 7110 rubles / goal. for the main period of experience.
Physiological parameters of blood improved: an increase in calcium, hemoglobin, alkaline reserve and total protein in blood plasma was found. An improvement in the enzymatic fermentation processes in the rumen was noted, contributing to the normalization of the pH of the scar fluid, an increase in volatile fatty acids, cellulose-breaking activity of bacteria and an increase in the total number of ciliates. The maximum gross milk yield of 1980 kg / goal. and an average daily milk yield of 22 kg were established in the second experimental group.
