SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hairstyling device such as one to be used for hair coiling or straightening. The invention objective consists in creation of a heat protective element ensuring the user's protection against heated parts so that to exclude the risk of burning. The hairstyling device has the first hairstyling part and the second hairstyling part designed so that to be capable of movement relative each other so that hair may be placed between them; at least one hairstyling part has a hair guiding part and a capturing part that is structurally different from the hair guiding part; the hair guiding part has multiple embossments and indentations; the capturing part has multiple embossments and indentations; the both parts (hair guiding part and capturing part) have a common base surface.

EFFECT: creation of a heat protective element ensuring the user's protection against heated parts so that to exclude the risk of burning.

Application area

The present invention relates to a device for forming a hairstyle, which can be used, for example, for curling and straightening hair. The device can also be manufactured in such a way as to be used preferably for one of the two mentioned purposes, and sold as a simple or heated hair straightening bar. The present invention can be used for independent hair care, as well as for professional care, for example, in hairdressers.

State of the art

In British patent GB 1519930 (filed May 27, 1977) describes a device for forming a hairstyle containing two levers, each of which contains heating elements. The levers can be shifted to each other using a reinforcing mechanism and a grip. The compression of the levers can be carried out in a reliable and manageable way, eliminating the contact of the user's fingers with the heating elements, but the design is complicated.

German patent pending DE 10239713 A1 (filed August 29, 2002) describes a device for forming a hairstyle, with which steam can be additionally applied to the hair. The device allows you to work with it with one hand. The device contains a heated bar, to which hair can be pressed using a clamping element. The clamping element can be rotated to the side using a button or lever.

The device also contains a steam generator into which water is supplied from the reservoir. The tank is located at the end of the bar to form a hairstyle. Water for steam generation can be supplied by pressing the control button. The control button is located approximately at the level of the rotation button of the clamping element, which provides the convenience of working with the device with one hand.

Since the tank is located at the end of a heated bar to form a hairstyle, the risk of burns when the user touches this end of the device is practically eliminated. However, this design as a whole is somewhat complicated and can be considered optimal only in the mode of operation of the device with a steam generator. The compressive force with which the hair is pressed by the clamping element to the bar to form a hairstyle, largely depends on the design of the device, in fact, on the elasticity of the spring, and cannot be increased beyond the spring's elastic force.

US Pat. No. 6,029,677 (filed March 31, 1998) also describes a hairstyling apparatus with a steam generator unit. The device for forming a hairstyle contains essentially a cylindrical bar for forming a hairstyle, configured to heat it, and a pressing device that comes into contact with it under the action of spring tension. The heated parts for forming a hairstyle contain a heat-shielding element that can be made of plastic and contains longitudinal ribs and annular transverse ribs. In addition, at the end of the bar for forming a hairstyle, as well as at the end of the pressing part, recesses for gripping are made. Such gripping recesses can be used to press the pressure portion against a heated bar to form a hairstyle. Aligning and mating recesses are made on the bar and the clamping part. Since the recesses in the bar are made independently of the recesses in the pressing part, this means that the manufacture of such parts can be quite complicated. In addition, the outer surface of the product has many details, somewhat impairing its even appearance.

The aim of the present invention is to provide an improved device for the formation of hairstyles. In particular, it is desirable to offer an inexpensive and at the same time attractive thermal aesthetic element with an attractive aesthetic appearance. This heat-shielding element should provide protection for the user from the heated parts of at least part for the formation of hairstyles, eliminating the risk of burns.

These goals are satisfied by the device for forming hairstyles in accordance with claim 1 of the claims.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a hairstyle forming apparatus having a first hairstyle forming part and a second hairstyle forming part. Said two parts for forming a hairstyle are adapted to move relative to each other so that hair can be placed between them. A part for forming a hairstyle is a part of a device that can be brought into contact with hair. The hairstyling portion may be heated or unheated. In the case of a hair straightening device, for example, two heated portions are often used to straighten hair in essentially the same shape. In the device for curling hair, as a rule, there is a first part for forming a hairstyle in the form of a heated cylinder and a clamping element, which in this context can be considered as a second part for forming a hairstyle. Moreover, the second part for the formation of hairstyles, that is, the clamping element, as a rule, is not heated. The possibility of the relative movement of the first and second parts to form a hairstyle can be provided, for example, in the form of rotational movement around a common axis of rotation, but can also be implemented in many other ways.

At least one of the parts for forming a hairstyle should have a part for guiding the hair and a part for gripping, distinguishable from the part for guiding the hair. Under the part for directing hair can be understood any part that tells the hair held along this part, some preferred direction and / or divides the hair into many strands. However, it is preferable not to use purely plastic parts. Parts of the grip can be shaped to fit the anatomy of the hand or fingers, although this is not required. In any case, the grip part is structurally different from the part for guiding the hair.

In accordance with the present invention, the hair guide portion should have a number of bulges and concavities. Such bulges and concavities can have various shapes. For example, tubercles may be suitable bulges, and pits or a similar type of grooves may be suitable concavities. It is also possible to use ribs or partitions between which there are recessed grooves. Therefore, instead of the term “bulge” it is possible to use such terms as “tubercle”, “rib” or “septum”. Similarly, instead of the term concavity, the terms “groove” or “recess” may be used. By “row of bulges” is meant at least two bulges, between which concavity is located. As a rule, the number of bulges and, accordingly, the number of concavities can be much larger. Concavity should be considered with respect to convexity.

The part for guiding the hair affects the movement of the hair when it is fed into the device and further to the part for forming a hairstyle. So, for example, such a part for directing hair can be mounted on the rear end of the part for forming a hairstyle. With this design, the hair is fed in strands through the part to direct the hair and oriented in a certain direction. Usually the hair is fed at right angles to the edge of the parts to form a hairstyle. For the direction of the hair, the presence of such convexities and concavities is especially advisable, and at the same time they provide an additional advantage: the user's finger does not lie on the entire part, which is at least warm, but only touches convex elements.

In accordance with the present invention, the hair guiding part and the gripping part have a common base, which can be made in the form of one part or can consist of many parts connected to each other. The first option allows you to reduce the number of parts of the device for forming a hairstyle and, accordingly, the cost of the product.

In addition, it may be advantageous if the hair guiding portion and / or the gripping portion are arranged such that one transitions to the other. In other words, the distance between the part for directing the hair and part of the capture should not exceed one or two widths of adjacent concavities.

It turned out to be expedient that the bulges in the grip part were located closer to each other. The distance between two adjacent bulges in the gripping portion should be less than the distance between two adjacent bulges in the hair guiding portion. In the presence of grooves extended in the first direction, the distance between the grooves is measured at right angles to this first direction.

It turned out to be expedient that the convex elements in the part for guiding the hair were higher than in the part of the capture. This, on the one hand, provides a reliable direction of the hair, and on the other hand, a lower height of the convex elements of the grip part may be sufficient to provide a thermal protection function and a reliable grip.

It is especially advisable if the grip part is located in the end region of the hairstyle part. By the outer end region of the hairstyle forming part is meant a region in which the hairstyle forming part is open for access to it and which is usually opposite the hinge (or other type of connection) by which this hairstyle forming part is connected to another hairstyle forming part with the possibility of their relative motion. In addition, it is advisable that part of the capture was curved. A curved profile can approximately resemble a narrowing of a part to form a hairstyle at its outer end. In addition, in this way an ergonomic finger rest can be provided.

The device for forming a hairstyle preferably has such a structure that each of the two parts for forming a hairstyle has one grip part and one part for guiding the hair. It is advisable that both the grip part and the hair guide part are mounted on the rear end of the hair part. By the back end is meant the end opposite the end with which the hair is treated. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the hairstyling device has two symmetrical parts for forming a hairstyle, with a symmetrical arrangement of the corresponding two parts for directing the hair and the two gripping parts opposite each other.

In order to ensure effective hair treatment, it is especially advisable that the hair is guided by the hair treatment part first to the edge to form a hairstyle, and then from the edge to form a hairstyle to the part for guiding the hair. The mentioned edge for the formation of hairstyles can, for example, contribute to a more efficient curling of the hair. If an edge for forming a hairstyle is not provided in the hairstyling apparatus, the hair can be directed along the edge region for treating the hair.

In one embodiment, one part of the hairstyling device according to the present invention may be heated, while the second part of the hairstyle may be unheated. This embodiment is very suitable for a hair curler. Alternatively, both of the hairstyle forming parts of the hairstyling device of the present invention may be heated. An example of such a device is a hair straightening device having two symmetrical parts for forming a hairstyle, both of which are heated.

Particularly appropriate and economical is the design of the device, in which the part for guiding the hair and part of the grip are made of plastic, preferably from the same plastic. Plastic lends itself well to processing and is a good heat-shielding material.

Brief Description of the Drawings

Below is a more detailed description of the invention by the example of one of its embodiments, which relates to a device for straightening hair. Of course, other embodiments of the invention are possible, therefore, the elements of this hair straightening device, which are presented in the present description, can also be used in other devices for forming a hairstyle, but not necessarily in the same combination.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Figure 1 shows a device for straightening hair, having a first part 12 for forming a hairstyle located at the top, and a second part 14 for forming a hairstyle located at the bottom. The two data parts for forming a hairstyle are connected to each other by a hinge 16. On the first part 12 for forming a hairstyle, there is a first heating element 18. Symmetrically, the second heating element 20 is located on the second part 14 for forming a hairstyle. Between these two parts, hair can be placed to form a hairstyle. Opposite the heating elements are parts for guiding the hair, namely, the first part 22 for guiding the hair on the first part 12 for forming a hairstyle and the second part 24 for guiding the hair on the second part 14 for forming a hairstyle.

Typically, in conventional devices, hair cannot be fed relative to the two parts to form a hairstyle in the same way. In the proposed device, due to its generally symmetrical design, hair can be fed around the first part 12 to form a hairstyle, so that they will be given the desired direction in the first part 22 to direct the hair, or, alternatively, they can be fed around the second part 14 for forming hairstyles, so that they will be given the desired direction in the second part 24 for guiding the hair.

Each of the parts for directing hair has a number of bulges and concavities. For example, one of the bulges is indicated by the position number 26, and the concavity located in close proximity to it is indicated by the position number 28. In the shown embodiment, the hair guide portion 22 includes a base 30. The bulges 26 protrude above the base 30. The base portions between the two bulges form concavities. The hair guide portions are attached to the grip portions, namely, to the first grip portion 32, at the outer end of the first haircut portion 12, and to the second grip portion 34, at the outer end of the second haircut portion 14. Each of the mentioned parts for the capture also has a number of bulges (a separate position number is not indicated), raised above the same base 30. In this embodiment, the first part 22 for guiding the hair is made in one piece with the first part 32 of the capture, since both of them have a common base 30. Accordingly, the second part 24 for guiding the hair and the second part 34 for gripping also have a common base and, therefore, can be made in one piece. In this side view, it is also clearly seen that the bulges of portions 32 and 34 do not protrude beyond the base 30 as far as they protrude in portions 22 and 24 to guide the hair.

In FIG. 2 shows a top view of a hair straightener. In this drawing, it can be seen that the first part 12 for forming a hairstyle has an electric power cord 36. That is, this device operates from an electric network. The power of the device can be turned on using the switch 38, with which you can also set the operating temperature. The inclusion of the device in the network is displayed on the indicator 40. In this drawing, you can also see that on the base 30 there are bulges 26, and in the area of the first part 22 for guiding the hair they are located at approximately the same distance from each other. Accordingly, between the bulges 26 there are concavities having the same width. The base also goes into the first capture portion 32, but the latter in this embodiment has a curved profile. Therefore, the bulges have different orientations in space. As shown in this drawing, in the region of the grip portion 32, they are arranged more densely than in the region of the hair guide portion 22. In addition, in this view, we distinguish the edge 42 for the formation of hairstyles. Hair can be fed into the hair treatment part through the first part to guide the hair, for example, can be fed from above (in accordance with the orientation of this drawing), along the heating elements and around the edge 42 for forming a hairstyle.

The device for forming a hairstyle having the design described above is very effective and safe to use.

A device for forming a hairstyle, having a first part for forming a hairstyle and a second part for forming a hairstyle, arranged to move relative to each other so that hair can be placed between them, and at least the first part for forming a hairstyle a part for guiding the hair and a part for gripping structurally different from the part for guiding the hair, and the part for guiding the hair has a number of bulges and concavities, the part for gripping has a number of bulges and concavities, the protuberances being more densely arranged in the grip part than in the hair guiding part, while the hair guiding part and the gripping part are made as a single component and have a common base, while the bulges in the hair guiding part are large height than the bulge in the capture part. 2.
