Abstract

The present invention relates to a hair iron which can reduce hair damage while forming straight or curled hair. According to an aspect of the present invention, disclosed is a hair iron configured to allow hair to pass between a first heating body and a second heating body formed to extend along the front and rear direction, the hair iron comprising: a first heating body which includes a first central part configured to have a plate-shaped surface extending along the front and rear direction, and a comb tooth protrusion part in which a plurality of comb teeth protrusions having ridges which extend and protrude along the lateral direction of of the first heating body are arranged symmetrically on the left and right sides of the first central part along the front and rear direction of the first heating body; and a second heating body which includes a second central part configured to have a plate-shaped surface extending along the front and rear direction, and a receiving groove part in which a plurality of protrusion receiving grooves for receiving each of the comb teeth are arranged symmetrically on the left and right sides of the second central part along the front and rear direction of the second heating body.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • the present invention relates to a hair iron, and more particularly, to a hair iron having a central portion having a plate shape on one side heating element and a comb tooth protrusion having a ridge line, thereby forming straight iron and curling into one iron. The present invention relates to a hemp stitching apparatus for preventing hair evaporation and cuticle damage through gaps between protrusion receiving grooves, while allowing straightening and curling to be performed well.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • Many beauty tools have been developed for men who are interested in hairstyles as well as women so that they can easily produce various hairstyles.
  • Among them, present invention is a device to heat hair by heating or warming the hair, and it is developed to be able to express hair style relatively easily.
  • Generally, a hair iron is used in such a manner that two flat heating elements are brought into contact with each other, and the hair passes between the two heating elements to serve as an iron so as to be spread in the hair, that is, to provide a straight line. And is used in such a manner that hair is curled, that is, curl, by a method of winding hair or the like.
  • However, this prior art has the problem that it may provide a particularly specialized effect for either straight or curl, but may be relatively fragile to other hairstyles.
  • In the prior art, a heater plate is formed between the upper and lower bodies, and the outer side of the upper and lower bodies is provided with a comb, So that a straight function and a curl function can be provided at the same time.
  • However, since the comb-shaped brush formed on the outer side of the upper and lower bodies cannot directly heat the hair, the hair styled by the curled shape cannot be maintained for a long time and the hair passing through the heater plate as a whole, so that hair may be damaged a lot.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Technical Problem SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a heat generating element which has a central portion having a plate shape and a comb tooth projection having a ridge line, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a hemming machine for allowing straightening and curling to be performed well while preventing moisture evaporation and cuticle damage of the hair through the gap between the projection receiving grooves of the other heating element.
  • Task Solution
  • According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a hemming device configured to allow hair to pass between a first heating element and a second heating element extending in the front-back direction, a plurality of comb teeth protruding along the left and right direction of the first heating element and a plurality of comb teeth protruding along the left and right direction of the first heating element include comb teeth protrusions arranged symmetrically on the left and right sides of the first center portion along the front. A first heating element and a plurality of protrusion receiving grooves for receiving the comb teeth are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the second central portion along the front and rear direction of the second heating element and a second heating element including a receiving groove portion which is arranged in a state of being arranged.
  • Preferably, the comb teeth protrusion is formed to have inclined surfaces on both sides of the ridge line. The protrusion receiving grooves are formed to have a groove shape corresponding to the shape of the comb teeth protrusion and the first heating element and the second heating element. A first gap is formed between the inclined surfaces of the respective comb teeth and the inner surfaces of the respective projection storage grooves for receiving the comb tooth protrusions in the closed state.
  • Preferably, the comb teeth protrusion is formed to have an inclined portion connecting the ridge line and the first central portion along the left-right direction. In the closed state of the first heating element and the second heating element, the inclined portions of the respective comb, and a second gap is formed between the inner surfaces of the respective projection receiving grooves for receiving the comb teeth.
  • Preferably, the first heating element is curved such that the left and right ends thereof are curved away from the corresponding end of the second heating element.
  • Preferably, each of the comb teeth is curved in a shape in which the outer end is lowered.
  • Preferably, the size of the first gap is 0.32 mm to 0.52 mm.
  • Preferably, the size of the second gap is 0.33 mm to 0.53 mm.
  • Preferably, the maximum projecting height of the comb teeth is 2.4 mm to 2.6 mm, and the center distance between each of the comb teeth is 3.5 mm to 4.5 mm.

  • Effects of the Invention
  • According to the present invention, various hair styling can be performed by moving the hair iron in one direction, and hair styling can be easily performed without a great deal of time and power.
  • In addition, the present invention has an advantage in that a plurality of comb teeth formed on the heat-generating body portion of the hair moderately disperses the hair to make hair in the left and right direction so as to pass therethrough, thereby making a good hair condition without using a separate comb at the time of ironing.
  • In addition, since the cud forming effect is uniformly transmitted to the entire hair by the plurality of comb teeth formed on the heat-generating body iron, the strong curling effect which is not easily deformed can be obtained, and when used with the permanent liquid, it is also possible to use it.
  • Particularly, the present invention has an advantage that hair styling applied to hair, that is, straight hair or various types of curls can be selected by adjusting the rotation angle of the hair iron or by turning the hair iron upside down.
  • In addition, the present invention has an advantage in that moisture evaporated by heat from the hair is partially left inside the hair iron, thereby reducing moisture evaporation of the hair, thereby suppressing hair damage and protecting the hair.
  • In addition, the present invention prevents the hair from being melted and removed by melting the hair due to the heat and pressure due to the contact pressure of the heating element due to the gap formed inside the hair iron, thereby protecting the hair and protecting the hair.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention may be embodied in various other forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. Accordingly, the embodiments of the present invention are to be considered in all respects only as illustrative and not restrictive.
  • The terms first, second, etc. are used only for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another. For example, without departing from the scope of the present invention, the first component may be referred to as a second component, and similarly, the second component may also be referred to as a first component.
  • When an element is referred to as being connected or connected to another element, it may be directly connected or connected to the other element, but other elements may be present in between.
  • The singular expressions used in the present application include plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In the present application, the term “comprises” & “comprising” & “having” and the like, are intended to indicate that there is a component or combination thereof described in the specification, it is not excluded in advance.

  • Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a closed state of a hair iron 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are perspective views of an opened state of the iron, iron 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows a state where the ironing machine 10 is opened at the time of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows a state where the ironing machine 10 is turned upside down.
  • FIG. 4 is a side cross-sectional view of the first and second heating elements 100 and 200 in a state where the ironing machine 10 is closed according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 5 and 6 are cross-sectional view of the first and second heating elements 100 and 200 in a state in which the first heating element 10 is closed. FIGS. 4 to 6, only the first and second heating elements 100 and 200 are shown, and the other parts of the ironing board 10 are omitted.
  • FIG. 4 is a side sectional view taken along line T-T′ of FIG. 6, FIG. 5 is a front sectional view taken along line S-S′ of FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a frontal sectional view taken along line P-P′ of FIG.
  • The ironing unit 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first heating element 100 and a second heating element 200. The hair iron 10 is configured to allow hair to pass between the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 extending in the front-rear direction.
  • The term ‘before and after direction’ as used in the present invention means the longitudinal direction of the hair iron 10, and ‘lateral direction’ means the width direction of the hair iron 10. In general, hair styling is performed by placing hair (hair), that is, hair between the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200, and moving the hair iron 10 in a widthwise direction of the ironing pad, Thereby moving the ironing machine 10.
  • The first heating element 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first central portion 120 and a comb protrusion 140.
  • The first central portion 120 is configured to have a plate-like surface extending along the front-rear direction, and corresponds to the second central portion 220 described later.
  • The comb protrusion 140 includes a plurality of comb teeth protrusions 142 having ridgelines 142 a extending in the left and right direction of the first heating element 100. The comb teeth protrusions 142 are formed in a first and are disposed symmetrically on the left and right sides of the first central portion 120 along the front-rear direction of the heat generating element 100.
  • The second heating element 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a second central portion 220 and a receiving groove 240.
  • The second central portion 220 is configured to have a plate-like surface extending along the front-rear direction, and corresponds to the first central portion 120.
  • The housing groove 240 includes a plurality of protrusion receiving grooves 242 for receiving the respective comb protrusions 142. The protrusion receiving grooves 242 are formed along the front and rear direction of the second heating element 200, and are symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the second central portion 220.
  • The first central portion 120 and the second central portion 220 may be brought into contact with each other in a state where the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 are closed, and particularly, hair may be spread. That is, when the hair is put between the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200, the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 are closed to press the heating element 10 in the combing direction M. The hair is ironed and spread by the heat emitted from the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 while the hair moves between the first central portion 120 and the second central portion. The combing direction (M) is a direction opposite to the root direction of the hair, and can be understood as a direction in which combing is performed. In FIG. 1, the combing direction M is expressed as one specific direction, but the other direction may be set to the combing direction M according to the direction of the hair grip and the direction of the hair root.
  • In the present embodiment, the first central portion 120 and the second central portion 220 are formed in a flat plate shape, and as another example, the first central portion 120 and the second central portion 220 may be formed to include some curved surfaces.
  • The comb protrusion 140 and the storage groove 240 may be partially brought into contact with each other in a state where the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 are closed.
  • The first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 are closed by pressing the upper and lower sides of the iron body 10 with the hair placed between the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200, The hair passes between the first central portion 120 and the second central portion 220 and passes between the comb protrusion 140 and the storage groove portion 240, Various hair styling can be performed on the hair by the heat radiated from the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 and the curved shape of the comb protrusion 140 and the storage groove 240.
  • In addition, the comb teeth protrusion 142 disperses or homogenizes the portion of the hair directly pressed by the first and second heating elements 100 and 200 so that the user can easily perform hair styling even with a small force, the effect of reducing the damage of the hair is obtained at the same time.
  • The first heating element 100, the comb protrusion 140, the second heating element, and the storage groove 240 may be made of one material. As the material capable of transmitting heat, a high temperature may be generated in a short time, and material can be used as long as it is not deformed by the material, and can be made of a metal material preferably electrically insulated.
  • As shown in FIG. 4, the comb teeth protrusion 142 may be formed to have a slope 142 b on both sides of the ridge 142 a. The inclined surface 142 b allows the hair to be uniformly dispersed along the inclined surface 142 b and allows the heat provided by the first and second heating elements 100 and 200 to be dispersed or homogeneously distributed to the hair do.
  • The angle of inclination or the surface shape of the inclined surface 142 b of the comb teeth protrusion 142 can be somewhat deformed in consideration of the machining aspect and the like.
  • The protrusion receiving grooves 242 are formed to have a groove shape corresponding to the shape of the comb teeth protrusion 142, for example, uniform heat can be provided to the hair by the projection receiving grooves 242.
  • The comb teeth protrusion 142 and the protrusion receiving grooves 242 may be formed in the respective comb teeth protrusions 142 in the closed state of the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention, “a” is formed between the inclined surface 142 b of the protrusion 142 and the inner surface 242 b of each protrusion receiving groove for receiving the comb tooth protrusion 142.
  • Asian women have an average hair thickness of 0.08 to 0.1 mm, and Western women have hair thicknesses of about 0.05 mm, compared to Asians. The size of the first gap (a) can be formed such that about 3 to about 7 strands can be passed side by side on the basis of, for example, the hair of an Oriental woman, and preferably the first gap (a) may be formed to be 0.32 mm to 0.52 mm.
  • The first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 are closed and the hair moves through the comb teeth protrusion 142 and the protrusion receiving groove 242 as the hair iron 10 moves, A plurality of hairs are positioned in the first gap a formed between the inclined surface 142 b of the protrusion receiving groove and the inner surface 242 b of the protrusion receiving groove. The plurality of hairs may be heated by the first and second heat generating bodies 100 and 200 while the first heat emitting body 100 and the second heat emitting body 200 are closed without exerting excessive pressure on the hair from both sides, and a variety of hair styling can be performed while passing between the comb protrusion 140 and the storage groove 240 without a large resistance.
  • The first gap (a) minimizes the overpressure of the first and second heating elements (100, 200) directly on the hair, thereby preventing the cuticle of the hair from being broken due to high temperature and high pressure. It is possible to reduce the amount of water to be melted and removed.
  • The comb teeth protrusion 142 according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed to have an inclined portion 142 c connecting the ridge 142 a and the first center portion 120 along the left and right direction.
  • In the closed state of the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200, the inclined portion 142 c of each comb protrusion 142 and the protrusions 142 of the respective protrusions 142 a second gap b is formed between the side surfaces 242 c.
  • The second gap (b) temporarily dissolves the pressure and the high temperature directly applied to the hair passing between the first center portion 120 and the second center portion 220 while the second gap (b) is similar to the first gap a thereby minimizing the destruction of the cuticle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the size of the second gap (b) may be about 3 to 7 strands so as to be parallel to each other when the oriental female hair is used as a reference, preferably 0.33 mm to 0.53 mm.
  • In FIGS. 5 and 6, the curved shape formed by the first and second central portions 120 and 220 and the inner side surface 242 c of the projection receiving groove is formed by the comb tooth projection 142 and the projection storage groove. A variety of hair styling can be performed on the hair in addition to the curved shape formed by the hair 242.
  • The shape of the first and second center portions 120 and 220 and the curved shape formed by the first and second central portions and the inner side surface 242 c of the projection receiving groove and the shape of the comb tooth projection 142 and the projection receiving groove 242. It is possible to give a straight or various kinds of curls to the hair by merely adjusting the rotation angle [alpha] of the ironing iron according to an embodiment of the present invention and combing in the combing direction M.
  • For example, the straightness of the hair may be determined in a state where the rotation angle [alpha] is 0 with respect to the plate-like surfaces of the first central portion 120 and the second central portion 220, can be accomplished by moving the hair iron in the combing direction (M).
  • As another example, a curl of hair may be formed in a state where the rotation angle [alpha] is not 0 based on the plate-like surfaces of the first central portion 120 and the second central portion 220, rotation can be accomplished by moving the hair iron in the combing direction (M).
  • The shape of the curl can be expressed differently according to the magnitude of the rotation angle [alpha], and the strong curl can be achieved as the rotation angle [alpha] is larger.
  • For example, C-curl at about 45°, J-curl at about 90°, and S-curl at about 180° may be formed at a rotation angle α of about 45°, The shape of the bending structure formed by the inner side surface 242 c of the projection receiving groove and the shape of the comb tooth projection 142 and the projection receiving groove 242 can be changed.
  • Particularly, when the upper and lower portions of the iron plate are used upside down, for example, when the first heat generating element is positioned so as to be upward, even if the same rotation angle is given, a strong curl forming effect can be obtained.
  • The first heating element 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is curved in the direction in which the left and right ends are away from the corresponding ends of the second heating element 200. FIGS. 5 and 6, the second heating element 200 is curved in a direction opposite to the position of the second heating element 200 that is, in a direction opposite to the position of the second heating element 200 and is formed to have a shape to surround a part thereof.
  • The second heating element 200 is formed to surround a part of the first heating element 100 and the first gap (a) and/or the second gap (b) are formed, when the two heat generating elements 100 and 200 evaporate, the entire amount is not discharged to the outside but a substantial amount can be present inside. Damage to the hair due to heat at a high temperature can be reduced due to moisture in the form of vapor present between the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200.
  • The comb teeth protrusions 142 may be curved in such a manner that their outer ends (both ends of the left and right sides) are lowered when the ends of the first heating element 100 are curved, curling can be performed more easily by curving formation in which the outer end of the comb tooth protrusion 142 is lowered when the curl is formed.
  • The maximum projecting height (h) of the comb teeth protrusion 142 according to an embodiment of the present invention is preferably 2.4 mm to 2.6 mm.
  • When the maximum projecting height of the comb teeth protrusion 142 is larger than the above range, the hair is placed between the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 and the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 in the closed state, more force is required to move the ironing unit 10 in the lateral direction.
  • In addition, when the maximum projecting height of the comb teeth protrusion 142 is smaller than the above range, the curling effect on the hair may be lowered.
  • The center distance (p) between each of the comb teeth protrusions 142 according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed to be 3.5 mm to 4.5 mm.
  • When the center distance between the comb teeth protrusions 142 is too short, the tension is increased during the straight operation, so that more force is required to move the iron body 10 in the left and right direction, and the center distance between the comb teeth protrusions 142 is too long the effect of curling on the hair may be lowered.
  • The comb teeth protrusion 142 may be formed so that the cross-sectional area of the comb tooth protrusion decreases from the inner end portion to the outer end portion of the comb tooth protrusion 142. In this case, the hair positioned can be easily discharged from the hair iron 10 when the hair iron 10 is moved in the combing direction M.
  • The first heat generating body 100 and the second heat generating body 200 may have a first heat generating body coupling part 150 and a second heat generating body coupling part 250. The first and second heat generating body coupling parts 150, the first and second heating elements 100 and 200 can be firmly coupled to the hair iron 10 by being slidably coupled to a body coupling portion (not shown) formed on the hair iron 10.
  • The first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200 may be provided with electric heating parts (e.g., coils) on the outside of the first heating element 100 and the second heating element 200, respectively.
  • While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is evident that many alternatives, modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be construed as being limited by the scope of the claims set forth as including many such variations.

Claims (9)

1. A hair iron comprising: a first central portion configured to have a plate-like surface extending along a front-rear direction; and a second central heating portion configured to extend along a longitudinal direction of the first heating element and a second heating element, a first heating element including a plurality of comb teeth projecting ridges arranged in a symmetrical state on the left and right sides of the first central portion along the front and rear direction of the first heating element; and a plurality of protrusion receiving grooves for receiving the comb teeth are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the second center portion along the front and rear direction of the second heating element, and a second heating element including a receiving groove portion arranged in a state of being arranged.
2. The hair iron according to claim 1, wherein the comb teeth protrusions are formed to have inclined surfaces on both sides of the ridge line, the protrusion receiving grooves having a groove shape corresponding to the shape of the comb teeth protrusion, Wherein a first gap is formed between the inclined surfaces of the respective comb teeth and the inner surfaces of the respective projection storage grooves for accommodating the comb tooth protrusions in the closed state of the two heating elements.

The hair iron according to claim 2, wherein the comb teeth protrusion is formed to have an inclined portion connecting the ridge line and the first center portion along the left and right directions, and in the closed state of the first heating element and the second heating element, and a second gap is formed between the inner surfaces of the respective projection receiving grooves for receiving the comb teeth protrusions.
4. The hair iron according to claim 1, wherein the first heating element is curved in a direction in which the left and right ends thereof are away from the corresponding ends of the second heating element.
5. The hair iron according to claim 4, wherein each of the comb teeth is curved in a shape in which an outer end thereof is lowered.
6. The hair iron according to claim 2, wherein the size of the first gap is 0.32 mm to 0.52 mm.
7. The hair iron according to claim 3, wherein the size of the second gap is 0.33 mm to 0.53 mm.
8. The hair iron according to claim 1, wherein the maximum projecting height of the comb teeth is 2.4 to 2.6 mm, and the center distance between each of the comb teeth is 3.5 to 4.5 mm.
9. The hair iron according to claim 1, wherein each of the comb teeth has a smaller cross-sectional area of the comb tooth protrusion from the inner end to the outer end.
