The eighth analogue of performing transparent partitions from floor to ceiling in the Paris metro separating the platform from trains is known (to organize the flow of crowds from passengers who want to enter cars and exclude people from contact with the walls of cars and possible people getting on the railway track). In the partitions there are opening and closing doors synchronously with the doors of the train cars.

The ninth analogue is known for preventing terrorists from getting on board aircraft by carefully checking passengers and baggage at airports.

For example, Russia and Belarus have already advanced far in the integration of two states into a union state. Therefore, the Moscow-Kaliningrad train travels visa-free only to the eastern border of Lithuania. Russia has an enclave - the Kaliningrad region, with which there is a huge passenger and cargo flow, which is currently not fully met quantitatively and even more qualitatively from the standpoint of modern requirements for the level of service and comfort for passengers. Although practically all the possibilities of Russia were mobilized to solve this problem: the recently constructed ferry, in Germany the Sapsan high-speed electric train, aircraft, ground road transport and rail transport were built. The situation is similar with the railway connection on the route Moscow - St. Petersburg.

For example, only some transport flaws:

- high rates of wagon streamlining, as well as a decrease in resistance to train movement

- the implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to freely move throughout their country and enclave without obtaining visas to travel through the territory of a neighboring state

- the exception of the illegal exit of passengers from wagons in the territory of a neighboring state.

To eliminate the above disadvantages of analogues and achieve the desired result, the proposed method of anti-terrorist ultra-high-speed inter-city transportation of passengers and goods "with a combination of essential features:

- Ultra-fast non-stop transportation of passengers and goods by shuttle train in tunnels of reinforced concrete with a dirt coating of at least 2 m thick and an automated strict control regime at the entrances to the tunnel will provide reliable protection against terrorist attacks.

In the tunnel, several shuttle trains moving in the same direction at intervals and along the shortest route on an almost straight path can be located at a safe distance at the same time.

Passengers are located before the departure of shuttle trains at stations in the form of public buildings with a typical set of necessary premises. All of the above technical solutions are carried out in order to increase the level of comfort for Passengers, as well as for people who meet and see off.

- The use of rapidly opening "windows" in blocking tunnels during an accident when it may not be enough just one minute to save a life will increase the reliability of the proposed method. Tunnel overlapping panels in the form of a flat suitcase lid 10-12 meters long (along the axis of the tunnel) have on one side steel ribs 1.8 m high (located across the axis of the tunnel). - The use of the proposed method provides isolation of the internal tunneling activity from the environment, so there will be no environmentally harmful emissions, including carbon dioxide, which creates a greenhouse effect in the atmosphere. Therefore, it can be argued that environmental protection is provided at a high level and will not contribute to global warming.

- The high-speed movement of the shuttle train in the enclosed space of the tunnel creates an increased pressure air cushion in front of the shuttle train, and a lower pressure zone forms behind the tail, which significantly impedes the movement of the shuttle train. To avoid this, the blank partition between the tunnels is replaced by a series of round columns, which creates a secondary use of another tunnel and allows self-displacement of the air cushion into another tunnel, and the reduced pressure zone is self-eliminating due to the free flow of air from the other tunnel. The curbstones place the mechanical drive for turning the twin armchairs 180 degrees with a single button on the operator's panel. - The tightness of the wagons and the ultra-high speed of movement makes it pointless to attempt to illegally leave the wagon in the territory of a neighboring state (for example, Lithuania or Poland - EU members).

The refusal in the proposed method to use the traditional metro - underground tunneling at a considerable depth allows us to simplify, reduce the cost and reduce the construction time for the proposed method with the construction of reinforced concrete rectangular tunnels in a temporarily open trench.

A German-made Sapsan high-speed overhead train can be good for European conditions with a dense population of territories and the ability to provide high-quality protection of the railway track, which, for example, is not comparable with the vastness of Russia and the lack of reliable protection of the railway track, and therefore there were terrorist bombings on the Moscow - St. Petersburg with many dead and wounded, a temporary cessation of movement on this very busy highway and great material damage.

The Sapsan train also runs along this route - a likely target for terrorists, but this train is no less endangered because it cannot fully demonstrate its speed and other qualities due to the reconstruction and adaptability of the old railway line.

The single inventive concept of shuttle trains in tunnels to achieve technical results is characterized by the above essential features.

Most of the existing cars of the old construction and most of the old tracks are worn out and carried out from traffic conditions at a speed of not more than 100 km per hour, which completely does not meet modern requirements for ensuring multiply increased volumes of cargo flows. There is no longer any sense in repairing and reconstructing these components of the obsolete mode of movement, this does not mean that they will not yet serve to solve the economic needs of the local national economy. But servicing the gigantic cargo flows between the main cities of the country - megacities - must be carried out using modern technologies such as the proposed "Method of anti-terrorist high-speed inter-megalopolis transportation of passengers and cargo."

For example, the rapidly developing United States a hundred years ago, to ensure super-giant freight traffic between New York and Chicago, built a railway not two-, not three-, but ten-track railway communication without stops between these megalopolises.

The use of the “Method of anti-terrorist ultra-high-speed inter-city transportation of passengers and cargo” will solve the problems of congestion of existing transport communication systems between megacities.

The implementation of the invention

The possibility of realizing the proposed invention "Method of anti-terrorism ultra-high-speed inter-city transportation of passengers and cargo" is confirmed by the construction and operation of such prototype methods and devices for other purposes, the absence of ultra-complex devices, the practical application of the development of well-known analogs and inventions and the possibility of realizing the proposed method using the existing engineering and technology.

For example, the proposed method can be implemented in the form of a buried at least 2 meters reinforced concrete tunnel made in an open trench (i.e., without underground tunneling).

Passengers are transported during the day (and night of cargo) in airtight wagons of the shuttle train along the shortest route with a double electric drive, if the train has no more than 6 wagons, and with a larger number of wagons it is necessary to increase the number of electric drives in the shuttle train. Due to the use of the air volume of the adjacent tunnel, shuttle trains do not overcome the additional resistance of the air environment from the formation of airbags in front of the shuttle train and the low pressure zones behind its tail when moving in the tunnel.

Seats for passengers are equipped with aviation seats automatically and simultaneously turning 180 degrees to the head of the train when changing the direction of its movement.

Passengers are physically unable to leave the shuttle train in the neighboring state due to the tightness of the wagons and high speed.

Each train consists of 15-20 carriages on bearing wheels rolling along the rails of the tunnel. The first and last cars also act as locomotives, because have electric drives. - according to a previously concluded agreement, a rescue team of a neighboring state or from a city near the highway by medical vehicles, with the necessary equipment and a 50-ton crane, is sent along the surface along the shortest path to the same “window” and opens in a few minutes, provides necessary emergency medical care transportation of the wounded to the nearest medical facilities, if necessary, it completely removes the damaged car and installs the main and additional steel shields of the tunnel and groove in the same place x followed by backfill of the tunnel.

After the liquidation of the consequences of the accident, all rescuers return to their places of deployment and the schedule of shuttle trains in tunnels is restored as soon as possible. For the period of the accident in one of the tunnels, the normal movement of shuttle trains in the other tunnel continues.

At terminal and intermediate stations, freight cars are brought to the surface of the freight yard. On the loading platform, horizontal transshipment of cargo from the side doors to the doors of a conventional carriage or vice versa is performed. Vertical transshipment of goods from a shuttle to a regular car or vice versa is carried out using a crane and without using any platform.

Cost-effectiveness and efficiency of the project will increase if two tunnels are laid in one trench for one-way traffic in one tunnel and in the opposite direction in the other tunnel. Such underground traffic is necessary only at the section of passage of tunnels under the territory of a neighboring state, because due to today's need for four-time customs inspection of vans, lines in front of borders sometimes reach 40 kilometers.

A method of anti-terrorist ultra-high-speed inter-city transportation of passengers and goods, including railway communication in an underground reinforced concrete tunnel of a shallow-shaped rectangular shape (made in a temporarily open trench), the rails welded at the ends are laid on the bottom of the tunnel with a shock-absorbing tape providing vibration and sound insulation protection, they are moved on the rails of the tunnel on silent wheels train-shuttle with electric drive, the wagons of which are made of non-combustible materials, characterized in then:
- the shuttle train moves non-stop between the final stations of megacities at a speed of 300-350 km / h;
- provide an almost rectilinear path of the shuttle train;
- provide for the simultaneous movement in the same tunnel of several shuttle trains at a safe distance;
- at the terminal stations, two tunnels are run;
- perform a transparent two-meter partition with doors separating the apron from the shuttle train;
the shuttle train is protected from terrorist attacks by reinforced concrete tunnel structures, the ultra-high-speed movement of shuttle trains in the tunnel and pre-screening of passengers and their luggage;
- cars are equipped with glazed entrance doors (escape routes) on both sides of the car;
- perform increased sound insulation of the outer surfaces of the car, as well as walls and ceilings of tunnels;
- through the emergency "windows" in the tunnel cover with a truck crane, the damaged car is removed and thereby the possibility of movement in the tunnel is restored.
