Claims (13)
(i) обладающее моющим действием поверхностно-активное вещество; и
(ii) другие ингредиенты моющего средства;
при этом упомянутый способ включает стадии, на которых:
(a) готовят водную суспензию моющего средства в смесителе;
(b) перемещают водную суспензию моющего средства из смесителя в трубопровод, проходящий через первый насос и затем через второй насос к распылительному соплу;
(c) вводят в контакт ингредиент моющего средства с водной суспензией моющего средства в трубопроводе после первого насоса и перед вторым насосом с образованием смеси;
(d) разбрызгивают смесь через распылительное сопло в башенной распылительной сушилке; и
(e) сушат распылением смесь с образованием порошка, высушенного методом распылительной сушки,
причем перепад давлений между (i) давлением в трубопроводе на выходе первого насоса и (ii) давлением в трубопроводе на входе второго насоса составляет менее 8·105 Па.
(a) от 0 мас.% до 10 мас.% цеолитного компонента, усиливающего моющее действие;
(b) от 0 мас.% до 10 мас.% фосфатного компонента, усиливающего моющее действие; и
(c) необязательно, от 0 мас.% до 15 мас.% силикатной соли.
