Description

The invention relates to perfumes and cosmetics for treating skin of the hands with a moisturizing effect without the use of water, soap and napkins, and is intended primarily for hygienic processing of hands when using contact lenses.

In contact with the mucous membrane of the eye, it is very important to observe hand hygiene, since it is the contact of the hands with the mucous membrane that is the most common way of infection in the body. Especially acute is the issue of hand hygiene when in contact with the eyes. Only ethanol-based antiseptics are the most effective and safest means that destroy 99.99% of the most common bacteria, fungi and viruses.

A hygienic antiseptic agent for treating hands with a moisturizing effect is known, including lower alkanols, water also containing glycerol, ethyl alcohol and 1,2-propylene glycol as lower alkanols (see patent RU 2342923, class A61K 8/18, publ. 10.01 .2009).

A disadvantage of the known agent is the low rate of exposure to the disinfectant, as well as the use of dyes, which can negatively affect the mucous membrane of the eye, and an increased glycerol content (up to 5%). Glycerin is a fatty polyhydric alcohol, an oily liquid. At high concentrations, it leaves an oily film on the hands, which can pass from the surface of the fingers to the lens material, which will affect the perception of vision. In addition, the known agent is not universal, has low consumer qualities, low homogeneity of the base, i.e., being a dispersed mixture (ointment), it is subject to delamination, precipitation and other processes of separation of microphases.

The objective of the invention is to eliminate all of the above disadvantages.

The technical result of the invention consists in improving the means for the effective protection and cleaning of hands from contamination, in which due to the empirically selected composition of the ingredients, the cleaning ability of the product is improved while maintaining the composition stability over the entire storage period (up to 3 years), while having it does not have a high rate of exposure to pathogens that does not cause the risk of an “addictive effect”, does not contain artificial preservatives and dyes general irritant and allergic effect.

The problem is solved, and the technical result is ensured by the fact that the hygiene product for treating hands includes ethyl alcohol, glycerin, 1,2 propylene glycol, ferol A, Aloe Vera extract, perfume and water, while containing polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride as an antibacterial additive, and as moisturizing additives - KM-25 (water-propylene glycol glucomannan extract) in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

In the proposed tool, alcohol is a solvent, glycerin is used as a water-retaining and softening skin additive, 1.2 propylene glycol gives the tool hygroscopic and bactericidal properties. Aloe Vera extract actively stimulates metabolic processes. The process of preparing the product is a mixture of all components in the reactor with a stirrer, at a speed of 40-60 rpm. Passes in three stages. The first is the dispersion of KM-25 in propylene glycol and glycerol in a separate container for 5-10 minutes, with periodic stirring. The second is the mixing of the remaining components in the reactor: water, alcohol, ferol, Aloe vera extract, polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, perfume in the above sequence. Then, the solution obtained in the first stage is poured into the reactor, and everything is mixed until a uniform transparent solution is obtained. For preparation, deionized water with a specific conductivity of not more than 5 μS / cm is used.
