A composition of balm ingredients containing a plant extract prepared of common wormwood herb, hips, cultivated angelica rhizome, yarrow herb, pine buds and birch buds, and also befungin, aloe vera juice, honey, preferentially buckwheat or floral, and cognac in the ratio: the plant extract: befungin: aloe vera juice: honey: cognac -1: 0.1: 0.09: 0.375: 0.125 respectively. The balm has a special aroma and balanced taste.

EFFECT: invention enables higher its healing properties in normalising and improving the functional condition and protective functions of the body with providing higher tolerance and resistance to adverse environmental factors, improving primary metabolic processes, regulating and recovering gastrointestinal activity, intensifying discharge of toxic substances from the body.

The invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical and food industries, in particular to the production of medicines and biologically active food additives from plant materials, in particular to a composition of ingredients for balsam.

A known composition of ingredients for balsam is a mixture of natural honey and two water-alcohol tinctures of plant materials, the first of which is obtained from herbs of oregano, St. John's wort, peppermint, motherwort and purple coneflower, ordinary oak bark, calendula flowers and small-leaved linden , blood red hawthorn and cinnamon rose hips using 50 and 40% ethyl alcohol, and the second - from the fruits of anise ordinary and odorous dill, rhizomes with valerian roots medicinal, wheat grass creeping and Rhodiola rosea using 70 and 40% ethyl alcohol with a certain ratio of ingredients (RU 2309765, publ. 2007).

The composition is used to normalize and improve the functional state of the human body, for the prevention of colds, infectious diseases, cardiovascular, urolithiasis and cholelithiasis, as well as diseases of the upper respiratory tract and impotence. The balm helps to improve the basic metabolic processes, regulates and restores the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, enhances the excretion of heavy metals and toxic substances from the body, reduces the manifestations of allergic diseases, accelerates tissue regeneration and survival during transplantation.

The problem is solved in that the composition of the ingredients for the balsam contains a plant extract obtained from wormwood grass, rose hips, angelica rhizomes, yarrow grass, pine buds and birch buds taken in the amount of g / 1000 ml of water:

Befungin - a semi-thick extract obtained from fungal growths of birch fungus chaga, has a general tonic and analgesic effect.

Aloe contains allantoin, natural antioxidants in the form of vitamins B, a complex of vitamins C and E, as well as beta-carotene, which in the body turns into vitamin A. Thanks to the content of these substances, aloe improves the body's protective functions, has powerful anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.

The ingredients included in the composition are selected mainly for similar, complementary effects, but acting on different parts of the body’s self-regulation, therefore their total biological activity significantly exceeds the sum of the effects of each of them individually, providing the composition with qualitatively new pharmacological properties.

The composition is a good way to increase the physical and mental performance and resistance of the body to adverse external influences due to the presence of biologically active substances in it. The composition activates cellular immunity.

Tests for the general strengthening effect of the composition were carried out on a group of volunteers of 8 people: 4 women and 4 men, age 30-45 years

As a control, tincture of Schisandra fruits was used, 25-30 drops 3 times a day. The time of admission is spring, the off-season, the time of the most pronounced hypovitaminosis, a decrease in general tone, and immunity.

Volunteers took a balm composition and tincture of Schisandra fruit during the spring calendar month (March 2010) at a dose of 1 tablespoon (20 ml) 3 times a day before meals.
