The disadvantages of the described method for the treatment of baldness include the ineffectiveness of treatment associated with a weak one-sided effect on the patient's body, since there is no direct effect on the scalp during treatment, which apparently determines the duration of treatment. In addition, the treatment according to the proposed method imposes some restrictions on the patient, because for a long time, he is forced to introduce a certain set of products into his diet daily, which, undoubtedly, leads to a decrease in the variety of nutrition and affects the state of the body.

A known method of treating baldness, adopted as the closest analogue (RU 2032400, IPC A61K 7/06, publ. 04/10/1995), comprising applying 2-3 times to the scalp alcohol-containing funds in the form of tincture of propolis in a 95% alcohol solution with a ratio of 1: (5-10). After drying, the product is applied ointment from a mixture of honey, beeswax, tar birch, lavender oil, clove oil, nettle juice, apilak, which is kept on the head for 10-12 days.

The disadvantages of the above method for the treatment of baldness include the duration of one treatment procedure, because the application must be kept on the head for up to 12 days, and the procedure is repeated 2-3 times with a break of a week, this is due to certain inconveniences and completely changes the usual rhythm of the patient’s life. In addition, the described method has only a local effect on the skin of the scalp, without improving the condition of the patient’s body as a whole, which is clearly not enough for effective treatment for a long time.

The invention solves the problem of increasing the effectiveness of treatment and facilitating the implementation of therapeutic procedures, while maintaining the completely familiar rhythm of the patient’s life, due to the complex effect on the patient’s body and reducing the time spent on the treatment procedure.

To solve the problem in a known method for the treatment of baldness, including applying to the scalp skin a medicine based on oil plant extracts, it is proposed to wash the scalp skin first, and use Kapilar cream-balm containing dihydroquercetin as a medicine, which is proposed apply and maintain for 1.5-2 hours. The treatment cycles should be alternated with breaks, in addition, during the treatment cycle, it is additionally proposed to carry out internal administration of the drug containing dihydroquercetin. As such a drug, "Capilar" in the form of tablets can be used, which is taken in accordance with the instructions.

Corn oil - has regenerative properties, regulates the barrier and water-holding properties of the epidermis, softens the skin and stimulates skin regeneration processes.

Lanette O - is a mixture of fatty alcohols C16-C18. Due to its stabilizing characteristics, it is mainly used for regulating viscosity in cosmetic and pharmaceutical emulsions of the oil-water type.

Purified gum turpentine - has properties that contribute to the restoration of blood circulation, also has keratoplastic, deodorizing and antiseptic properties with anti-inflammatory effect.

Camphor - it is used as an antiseptic, it irritates and distracts skin receptors, lowers the sensitivity of skin receptors, and is also a blood circulation stimulator.

Peppermint oil - has anti-inflammatory and capillary effect, irritates nerve endings, acts antispasmodically.

Fir oil - has bactericidal properties, calms, tones, improves blood circulation, helps to relieve inflammatory processes, has a healing effect and a rejuvenating effect on body cells, is a disinfectant with high biological activity.

Dihydroquercetin - has a pronounced biological activity, is a reference antioxidant with high capillary-protective properties, helps to cleanse and strengthen the walls of blood vessels and microcapillaries, reduces the permeability and fragility of capillary vessels, restores blood microcirculation, normalizes and stimulates capillary blood flow. It contributes to the improvement of interstitial respiration, regulates metabolic processes, improves the quality of the skin (normalizes the synthesis of collagen and elastin in the skin), and inhibits the development of inflammatory processes.

Carbopol - is used as a gelling agent and emulsifier.

Nipagin - is used for the preservation of cosmetic creams and other cosmetic products. Effective against fungi and gram-positive bacteria, inhibits mainly the development of molds, has low toxicity.

Nipazole - is used for the preservation of cosmetic creams and other cosmetic products. Effective mainly against yeast-like fungi and gram-positive bacteria, has low toxicity.

Sodium hydroxide - used as an alkaline and emulsifying additive, is a regulator of pH (acidity) in cosmetic preparations.

Tert-butoxytoluene - used as an antioxidant (antioxidant).

Water, perfume and sorbitol are neutral ingredients.

The proposed method is based on the regulation, adjustment and regeneration of physiological processes taking place in the body. Applying the method, they act on the capillary network as a whole, enhancing the activity of all capillaries and thereby increasing the vital potential of each functional unit of the body - the cell.

The theory of capillary therapy and the technology of its use - Dr. Zalmanov's turpentine baths - is a worldwide recognized and very well-known treatment method, consisting in the use of white and yellow turpentine baths, which have a therapeutic and therapeutic effect on the body.

In the course of studies, it was found that turpentine (turpentine oil) has an irritating effect on the sensitive nerve endings lying in the thickness of the skin. This is due to the ability of the pinene chemical, the main component of turpentine oil, to penetrate the epidermis (the topmost layer of the skin) to its nerve endings and cause reflex changes when they are excited. Pinene penetrates the epidermis due to its good solubility in skin lipoids (fats). The biochemical fact also plays a role, that under the influence of gum turpentine, various biologically active substances are released in the skin. So, for example, under the influence of turpentine, the formation of the biologically active substance histamine and carbon dioxide occurs in the skin. As you know, carbon dioxide is a stimulant of the respiratory center, and histamine causes the opening of closed capillaries and the expansion of their lumen.

The claimed method proposes to use the application to the scalp and ingestion of preparations containing capillary-protective and regenerating components of biologically active elements from the group of flavonoids with P-vitamin activity. As a carrier of these components, it is proposed to use the Kapilar preparations for external and internal use, containing a flavonoid of plant origin - dihydroquercetin.

These preparations and their components are currently being produced by the Plant of Environmental Engineering and Ecological Nutrition of JSC "DIOD" in the form of Kapilar cream-balm (for the body) and in the form of Kapilar tablets. Kapilar cream-balm preparations and Kapilar tablets are certified in the Russian Federation, are approved for use and are sold in pharmacy chains. Raw materials for Kapilar preparations are produced by several Russian manufacturers. To date, the use of Kapilar balsam cream as a treatment for baldness is not known.

Cream-balm “Kapilar” was developed in accordance with the theory of “capillary therapy” by A.S. Zalmanov. The latest technologies have made it possible to make Zalmanov’s bathtubs “in a tube” in the form of Kapilar balsam cream, which has not only a similar therapeutic effect, but also is easy to use. These are, in fact, the "dry baths" of Dr. Zalmanov. The composition of the cream-balm includes natural capillary-active substances - gum turpentine and components that have a similar effect: camphor, peppermint and fir oil. The most valuable component of the cream-balm "Kapilar" is dihydroquercetin. This is one of the best capillary-protective substances.

Cream-balm "Kapilar", including the flavonoid dihydroquercetin, has a more effective effect on the skin and hair follicles than Zalmanov baths, and has not previously been used to treat baldness.

As a result of the application of the proposed method for the treatment of baldness and restoration of lost hair on an experimental basis, previously unknown pharmacological properties and the therapeutic effect of the drug based on oil-based plant extracts containing dihydroquercetin, which has never been used and has not been used as a therapeutic agent for hair loss (baldness) ) and for hair restoration.

Cream-balm “Kapilar”, as a carrier of dihydroquercetin and related active components, penetrating deep into the skin (externally), restores destroyed microcapillaries, opens closed and clogged capillaries, increases the lumen of capillaries, normalizes their permeability, strengthens the walls of blood vessels, increases blood volume in capillary bed, restores blood microcirculation, normalizes and stimulates capillary blood flow.

The method is based on the natural biological and physiological principles of human hair growth. A method for the treatment of baldness consists in the regeneration (awakening of sleeping) of hair follicles by restoring impaired blood supply to organs and tissues associated with physiological changes in the functions of the human body. Thus, the damaged (atrophied) and lost over time, as a result of age-related changes in the body, microcapillary network of the subcutaneous layer (dermis and hypodermis) is restored, and, as a result, the entire delivery system (capillary blood flow) of necessary elements to the hair follicles is restored. As a result of the methodical effect of biologically active substances contained in the Kapilar preparation, primarily dihydroquercetin and purified gum turpentine, the natural mechanism of hair growth from regenerated hair follicles is completely restored. The biological activity of hair follicles sharply increases and new hair growth is stimulated. This is also facilitated by the ingestion of tabletted forms of dihydroquercetin. Apparently, dihydroquercetin also contributes to the launch of the "recovery program" in the body.

Specific examples of the use of the proposed method

The period of time during which treatment was carried out according to the proposed method, from August 2008 to August 2009.

In the experiment on the treatment of baldness and restoration of lost hair, two groups of patients with varying degrees of severe androgenic alopecia and in the age group from 35 to 55 years participated.

Patients of the first group used the claimed method in full, i.e. used cream-balm “Kapilar” and tablets “Kapilar”. The second group consisted of patients who used only Kapilar balsam cream, without internal use of Kapilar tablets.

After the beginning of the application of medical procedures, all participants in the experiment of the first group appeared in 3.5-4.5 months the first layer of fluffy hair (like a baby), then these hairs turned into normal (full) ones as they grew further. At the same time, the next layer of vellus hair appeared. There was a feeling of a constant increase in "density" in the scalp. The peculiarity is noted that at first the hair grows very slowly, but then confidently and stably, exponentially. Every 3.5-4 months there is a doubling of the amount of hair and its growth rate.

Positive concomitant results were also noted, such as elimination of dandruff and seborrheic manifestations, the scalp becomes clean and healthy. Adverse adverse events were not observed.

The proposed method of treatment is carried out in the following sequence.

1. Before the procedure, wash your hair with shampoo intended for daily use, wipe with a towel and allow the head and hair to dry completely.

2. Apply “Kapilar” cream-balm to the entire surface of the scalp, rubbing it slightly into the skin (as with a light massage).

3. Put a plastic cap on your head (to enhance the effect of the medicinal product as a result of the greenhouse effect).

4. To withstand the applied cream-balm for 1.5-2 hours.

5. Remove the plastic cap and allow the remaining cream to dry naturally or rinse it off with warm water.

6. During the day, take “Capilar” tablets (in accordance with the instructions three times a day after meals, two tablets, ie 60 mg per day).

7. As a supplement, if there are no contraindications, take “Iodine-active” tablets (according to instructions).

8. During the day, it is recommended to use a massage comb.

9. Any exercise is helpful.

In accordance with the instructions for the use of cream-balm, therapeutic procedures are recommended to be carried out in cycles, the optimal duration of the cycle, tested in practice, is 21 days. Breaks between cycles are 6 days. The duration of treatment is determined individually, but as practice has shown, it takes from 6 months to a year and depends on the degree of baldness and the individual characteristics of the patient.

The exposure time of the applied medicinal product is 1.5-2.0 hours in accordance with the attached instructions for the use of cream-balm, and the optimality of this exposure is fully confirmed in practice during medical procedures. During the proposed exposure time, the cream-balm has a maximum effect on the hair follicles and further exposure only prolongs the treatment session without improving the result. They withstand the applied cream-balm under a plastic cap, thereby preserving it from quick drying and preserving the therapeutic effect of the drug for a longer time, while the effect of the medicinal product is enhanced as a result of the “greenhouse effect”.

Before starting a session to cleanse the skin, you should wash your hair, thus freeing the surface layer of the skin from impurities and thereby improving the penetrating ability of the medicinal product. As a detergent, shampoos are used for daily use. After the procedure, the remainder of the cream dries quickly naturally or they can easily be washed off with warm water.

Capillar tablets are taken in accordance with the instructions for use. During breaks between treatment cycles, it is necessary to take only “Iodine Asset” (according to the instructions), if there are no contraindications.

During the day, it is recommended to use a massage comb, making movements in all directions along the scalp, but mainly making movements from the bottom up, from the temporal, occipital and frontal areas to the crown. The total total time of such a massage will be 5-7 minutes, making a total of about 300 movements per day.

The treatment method is convenient and can be carried out without assistance at home.
