Abstract

FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture, particularly to veterinary science, and can be used in animal industries for mastitis prevention. An agent for treating dugs containing polyvinyl alcohol, differing by the fact that polyvinyl alcohol grade 11/2 is used, in addition contains 10 % liquid alkaline sapropel hydrolyzate and disinfectant liquid soap "Cleandesin-soft" in the following proportions, wt %: Polyvinyl alcohol grade PVA 11/2 2.0-6.0; 10 % liquid alkaline sapropel hydrolyzate 1-3; "Cleandesin-soft" 0.7-1.0; distilled water - the rest. After application, the agent dries up and forms a thin, strong enough film which is removed after washing the dugs with warm water prior to milking. The agent promotes a soothing effect on dug skin, stimulates wound repair and cracked dug healing and provides an effective mastitis prevention in cows.

EFFECT: agent is easy-to-use and effective, does not require heavy money costs and time expenditures.

Щелочной гидролизат сапропеля жидкий 10%-ный, оказывающий смягчающее действие на кожу сосков вымени, стимулирующий заживление ран и трещин, тем самым снижает риск возникновения маститов и развития папиллом. Для получения средства берут дистиллированную воду в объеме 800 мл, добавляют 20-60 г поливинилового спирта, и нагревают при постоянном перемешивании до 95°С до полного растворения поливинилового спирта. Полученный состав необходимо остудить, профильтровать, добавить 10-30 мл щелочного гидролизата сапропеля и 7-10 мл «Клиндезин-софт», довести общий объем раствора до 1 л и перемешать. Получившееся в результате средство прозрачно, имеет сиропообразную консистенцию, при взбивании образует обильную и устойчивую пену. В 1 группе было выявлено с маститом 20 животных (что составляет 13,3%), с трещинами сосков 24 животных (16,0%). Во 2 группе с маститом 3 животных (2,0%), с трещинами сосков 7 (4,7%). В 3 группе с маститом 46 животных (30,7%), с трещинами сосков 33 (22%).
