Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to individual dressing bags, which are intended to provide primary medical self-help and mutual assistance for wounds and burns.

Individual dressing bags are known, consisting of one cotton-gauze or compress pads, which is equipped with fixing elements (USSR author's certificate 31578, CL A61F 13/02, 1932, US patent 3421502, A61L 15/00, USSR author's certificate 165984, A61F 13/00, 1991). According to GOST 1179-93, individual dressing bags are produced, consisting of two cotton-gauze pads and a gauze bandage in a package of rubberized fabric. The main disadvantage of such individual dressing bags is their low invasiveness and lack of therapeutic effect.

Closest to the claimed invention is an individual dressing bag consisting of a package and a dressing kit. The dressing set consists of two multilayer pads and a fixing gauze bandage. One of the pads is fixed motionless, and the second moves along the fixing bandage (RF patent 2164150).

The disadvantage of this design is the fixed size of the pads, which does not allow to close wounds or burns of a large area or complex configuration. In addition, the gauze bandage itself has low mechanical strength, and the use of an English pin to secure it seems extremely inconvenient.

The aim of the present invention is to eliminate these disadvantages, as well as providing a comprehensive therapeutic effect: stopping capillary or diffuse bleeding, preventing the development of infection in the wound and pain relief.

The individual dressing bag “IP Activtex” (hereinafter referred to as the bag) consists of a package and a dressing kit that includes several two-layer pads. The pads are located on a fixing adhesive bandage closed with a special liner. The first cushion is fixed motionless, and the rest move freely along the length of the bandage. Between the pads and around the edges of the bandage are the areas closed by the liner for their fixation. Along the length of the bandage at a distance equal to or 10% greater than the width of the pads, special notches are located that make it easy to remove sections of the liner so that, if necessary, fix the movable pads, remove the unused part of the package and fix the edges of the dressing kit (Fig. 1 and 2 )

Each pillow consists of two layers: atraumatic healing and sorption. The sorption layer is closed externally with a polyamide mesh to ensure air permeability of the pads. The protective layer is the fixing adhesive bandage itself. The healing layer adjacent to the wound consists of a mesh of cotton fiber weighing 60-100 g / m ² , which is impregnated with a mixture of PEG-400 and PEG-1500 polyethylene glycols in a ratio of 80 ± 20% to 20 ± 20% to ensure non-invasiveness. Hemostatic drugs (e.g., feracryl, aminocaproic acid, lactate or iron gluconate), antiseptics (e.g., chlorhexidine, miramistin, meporan) and anesthetics (e.g., lidocaine, trimecaine, dicaine) are introduced into a mixture of polyethylene glycols. The sorption layer is a non-woven cotton viscous canvas with an absorption capacity of at least 12 g / g.

Packages are packed in a three-layer packaging material, ensuring the preservation of sterility and therapeutic effect for at least 10 years when stored in an unheated warehouse. Sterilization of packages is carried out by radiation in a dose of 1.5-2.5 Mrad.

Usage example

Through wound of the upper limb. After opening the bag, 1-2 pads are placed on the entry wound, starting from the stationary one and simultaneously fixing the pads on the wound and removing the liner. Then 1-3 movable pads are placed on the outlet, moving them along the liner of the fixing adhesive bandage and fixing the free end. The length of the fixing bandage is 120-130 cm so that the package can be used with open pneumothorax. When using the package in case of damage to the pleural cavity, quite satisfactory sealing is achieved.

The design of IPP Activtex provides reliable fixation of pads with therapeutic effect, quick and convenient use of the package for self-help and mutual assistance. A wide range of therapeutic effects can significantly reduce blood loss, prevent the development of wound infections and reduce pain shock.

An individual dressing bag, consisting of a package and a dressing kit, characterized in that several pads, one of which is stationary, are located on a fixing adhesive bandage closed by a liner that has periodically located notches, while the moving pads freely move on the fixing adhesive bandage with notches designed to remove the liner in the places of fixation of the pads and to separate the unused part of the dressing kit. 2. The individual dressing bag according to claim 1, characterized in that the pads consist of two layers: therapeutic and sorption, while the treatment layer is atraumatic and, in addition to antiseptic, has a hemostatic and anesthetic effect.
