Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of medical supplies, especially, relate to an alginate aseptic applying ointment or plaster for vein wound.
Background
A medical product like a wound paste is applied in a sterile way, and consumables are commonly used. Is used for debridement and bandaging of different wounds and is beneficial to wound healing. The application of the dressing patch benefits from the development of the wound healing theory. Recent researches show that a proper wet environment is more favorable for promoting wound healing, the wet environment can enable a wound surface to be in a closed or semi-closed environment, the new granulation tissue is prevented from being mechanically damaged again when dressing change is carried out, dressing change pain is relieved, a proper environment for wound healing is provided, release of various growth factors is promoted, and the wound healing speed is accelerated. Can also regulate oxygen tension and promote angiogenesis, is beneficial to dissolving necrotic tissues and fibrin, relieves pain and reduces infection incidence.
The high water content of the dressing makes a very clear distinction from conventional plasters:
(1) high comfort, wetting and adhesion, can locally and microscopically adjust the position at any time after being applied, and cannot influence the adhesive force and the use of adhesion again. Can not form a glue-solid state on the skin, and naturally has no disadvantages of tearing sweat hair, pain, local red swelling, pruritus, pimple and the like when being torn off. The latter is a traditional plaster.
(2) High extensibility-the non-woven fabric used by the preparation is a variety with good extensibility in any direction, and when the ointment is applied to joints with large mobility and other parts, the ointment can be completely stretched along with the extension of the joints and the skin. The discomfort of tearing and dragging the plaster at the joint part is relieved.
(3) High permeability-can ensure that the contained medicine can quickly permeate into the skin of a human body in a short time and quickly reach local tissues. The ointment has small dosage, and the drug concentration detected in local joint cavity liquid after application is far higher than that in blood. Within a certain time, the application time is in direct proportion to the concentration of the medicine in the local joint cavity.
(4) High reliability-few causing discomfort reactions such as allergy. Because the medicine has single component and small molecular weight, the user reflects that the plaster with larger molecules and low water content is much safer. Years of clinical use survey shows that the product has anaphylactic and other reactions of only 2.3 percent.
Chinese patent CN109172149A discloses an alginate dressing patch, which is characterized in that: including dressing subsides body, dressing subsides body includes from type paper layer, pressure sensitive adhesive layer, medical unwoven cloth layer and the outside waterproof layer that sets gradually by supreme down, medical unwoven cloth layer and pressure sensitive adhesive layer's interlude sets up oval-shaped dressing and deposits holding chamber etc.. Although the utility model has the advantages of simple structure, the practicality is strong, but has lacked the design that is applied to required part when wound resumes and presses pressure for the time that the wound was bled increases, has increased the change frequency of dressing, still lacks the observation hole that can make things convenient for medical personnel to observe the actual healing condition of wound in addition, is convenient for change the dressing according to the demand, reduces the secondary injury to the wound.

Preferably, in order to connect the core liquid absorbent layer 122 and the absorbent layer 13 before use and ensure that the core liquid absorbent layer 122 and the absorbent layer 13 are separated from each other on the surface of the human body during use, the liquid absorbent layer 12 can be removed when the dressing is replaced, the absorbent layer is absorbed by the wound, and the contact parts of the core liquid absorbent layer 122 and the absorbent layer 13 are combined together in a heat sealing manner.
Preferably, the position of the base layer 11 contacting the liquid absorbent layer 12 is coated with medical pressure sensitive adhesive to realize the integral connection of the base layer 11 and the liquid absorbent layer 12, and the square periphery of the liquid absorbent layer 12 is coated with medical pressure sensitive adhesive to realize the adhesion of the base layer 11 on the wound periphery area, so as to primarily fix the dressing on the skin.
Preferably, the base layer 11 is a transparent polyurethane film with high air permeability, the polyurethane film has good air permeability, the whole air permeability of the dressing is not affected, and the wound healing condition can be observed in real time through the observation ports communicated with the liquid absorption layer 12 and the absorbable layer 13 through the base layer 11.
Preferably, the sticky strip 15 has two at least, can cover four corners of basic unit 11 completely, sticky strip 15 is an elasticity and pastes the bandage, its material is non-woven fabrics rayon, the use of pasting 15 can be very firm will be applied ointment or plaster in wound department, can also be applicable to the wrapping of human different positions and fix, even activity joint department also can guarantee well fixed effect, increase the local pressure that produces of applying ointment or plaster to the wound in addition, promote the healing of wound, still can prevent that the corner perk of the basic unit 11 of applying ointment or plaster from causing the pollution to imbibition layer 12 and absorbable layer 13.
Preferably, each end of the adhesive strip 15 is also provided with a non-adhesive bridge 151 to facilitate tearing of the bandage, which can assist the healthcare worker in easier detachment of the protective layer 16 during use.
Preferably, the protective layer 16 shown in fig. 3 is a release paper, which has a certain moisture resistance and heat resistance, and sufficient compactness, and can protect the application 1 from contamination from the outside while preventing adhesion with the application 1.
Example 2
The utility model discloses still provide a medical supplies that promotes vein wound healing, at least including aseptic cotton ball of disinfection and the aseptic application of alginate, a serial communication port, application 1 comprises sticky strip 15, basic unit 11, imbibition layer 12, absorbable layer 13 and the protective layer 16 of arranging in proper order, wherein:
the liquid absorbent layer 12 at least includes a peripheral liquid absorbent layer 121 and a core liquid absorbent layer 122, and the liquid absorbent layer 12 is provided with first observation holes 141 that are uniformly distributed and penetrate the surface of the liquid absorbent layer 12.
For ease of understanding, the principles of operation and method of use of the present invention, an alginate sterile patch for venous wounds, will be discussed.
The utility model provides an aseptic applying ointment or plaster of alginate need be earlier selected according to the application of a plaster of different specifications of wound size when using, confirm the specification after, at first tear the protective layer 16 of applying ointment or plaster, aim at the wound with the absorbed layer, press gently, then there is medical pressure-sensitive adhesive's region in the liquid absorption layer 12 outside of rethread 1 preliminary fixation will be applied ointment or plaster at corresponding wound, then with sticky strip 15 with comparatively tight mode, paste on the skin around the wound, both can guarantee well that the application is applicable to the different positions of human body and wrap fixedly, include that the big place of flexible range also can guarantee well fixed effect such as freely movable joint, again can be through hugging closely the adhesive force of skin around, increase the local pressure of applying ointment or plaster to the wound, promote wound healing. Wherein, because acellular dermal matrix can be vascularized, absorbed by the wound, for histiocyte's growth provides the support, promotes the healing of wound, so acellular dermal matrix is chooseed for use to absorbable layer 13, in addition in order to guarantee absorbable layer 3 and imbibition layer 12 fixed connection, will realize again and can part easily when using to disassemble, this application adopts the mode of heat seal to link together absorbable layer 3 and imbibition layer 12. Finally in order to realize that the imbibition layer can disinfect and inhibit bacteria and can absorb wound exudate as much as possible, this application helps wound faster healing through the alginate dressing that will contain silver ion and alginate foam dressing combination.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are exemplary, and that those skilled in the art, having benefit of the present disclosure, may devise various arrangements that are within the scope of the present disclosure and that fall within the scope of the invention.
