Abstract

Description

The invention relates to knitwear production, namely to the production of culinary two-layer knitwear, and can be used for the manufacture of products for any purpose.

As a result of a patent search, no analogue was found.

The objective of the invention is to expand the range of two-layer weaves, to create a weave with high dimensional stability and the possibility of use on both sides.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that this knitwear contains two layers interconnected by loops of an incomplete eraser. The first layer formed on the needles of the cylinder is an incomplete surface, and the needles in each row are turned off from work in various looped posts. The second layer formed on the needles of the disk, is a layer with press loops, which are staggered. Thus, on one side of the loop of the connecting thread come out in the form of rhombs, and on the other side of the stitch alternate press loops obtained from the connecting thread and the thread of the layer formed on the needles of the disk.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a graphical record of a two-layer knitwear with a rapport along the height of 8 rows, each row consisting of three systems of threads. Rapport in width - 4 looped posts. The columns I1-I4 are formed on the needles of the cylinder, and the columns I1'-I4 'are formed on the needles of the disk.

The proposed knitwear is obtained on interlock machines.

To develop this knitwear, two positions of the disc needles and three positions of the cylinder needles are required.

The production of knitwear is as follows.

First row: in the first loop-forming system on the needles of the disk with a low arrangement of heels (I2 ', I4') and the needles of a cylinder with a high heel I3, an incomplete eraser is knitted; in the second loop-forming system on the needles of the cylinder with an average (I2, I4) and low (I1) positions of the heels, an incomplete surface is knitted; in the third system, press sketches are formed on the needles of the disk with a low heel arrangement (I2 ', I4'), and on the needles with a high arrangement of the heels (I1 ', I3'), smooth loops are knitted.

The second row (4th, 5th, 6th systems) repeats the first row.

Third row: in the seventh loop-forming system, an eraser is knitted on the needles of the disk with a high arrangement of heels (I1 ', I3') and the needles of a cylinder with an average arrangement of heels (I2, I4). In the 8th loop forming system, loops of incomplete smoothness are knitted on the needles of a cylinder with a high heel I3 and needles with a low heel I1. In the ninth system, smooth loops are knitted on the needles of the disk with a low heel position (I2 ', I4'), and press drafts are formed on the needles with a high heel position (I1 ', I3').

The fourth row (10th, 11th and 12th systems) repeats the third row.

Fifth row: in the thirteenth system, on the needles of the cylinder I1 with low heels and the needles of the disk with a low arrangement of the heels (I2 ', I4'), an incomplete eraser is knitted. In the 14th system, on the needles of the cylinder I2, I4 with the average position of the heels and the needles of the cylinder I3 with a high heel, incomplete smoothness is knitted. In the fifteenth system, press sketches are formed on the needles of the disk with a low heel arrangement (I2 ', I4'), and on the needles with a high arrangement of the heels (I1 ', I3'), smooth loops are knitted.

The sixth row (16th, 17th and 18th systems) repeats the fifth row.

The seventh row (19th, 20th and 21st systems) and the eighth row (22nd, 23rd and 24th systems) repeat the second row.

As a result, a connecting thread is laid between two layers of knitwear, which connects these layers with loops of an incomplete eraser and comes out on one side of the knitted fabric (a layer formed on cylinder needles) in the form of rhombuses, and on the other (a layer formed on disk needles) together with a thread layer forms press stitches arranged in a checkerboard pattern.

Technical result:

- expansion of the assortment of two-layer weaves;

- creating a two-layer structure of knitwear with the possibility of use on two sides, the sides differing in texture due to the fact that one of the sides contains press loops;

- increase the shape stability of knitwear, which is ensured by the use of connecting thread and press loops;

- expanding the assortment of knitted fabrics by refilling according to systems of threads of various raw materials or colors, for example, so that one layer is produced from threads of the first composition, another layer from threads of the second composition, and the connecting thread from threads of the third raw composition this produces knitwear with layers that differ in raw material composition or color.

The proposed knitwear can be manufactured in an industrial environment on interlock machines.

A two-layer knitwear containing two layers interconnected by loops of an eraser and an incomplete eraser, the layer formed on the needles of the cylinder being an incomplete surface, while the needles in each row are turned off from work in different looped columns according to the rapport, and the layer formed on needle of the disk, is a layer with press loops that are staggered, and on one side the loops of the connecting thread come out in the form of rhombs, and on the other side the press loops alternate etli derived from connective filaments and yarn layer formed on the needles of the disc.
