Abstract

FIELD: textile; paper.

SUBSTANCE: knitted fabric contains two layers of incomplete jersey structure, displaced relative to each other by one needle pitch and connected to each other by stitches of incomplete lasting. To form one layer of this knitted fabric, three stitch-forming systems are required. In the first stitch-forming system on needles of a disc with high position of anvils the incomplete jersey structure is knitted, in the second system - also incomplete jersey structure is knitted on cylinder needles with upper position of anvils, but it is displaced by one needle pitch relative to incomplete jersey structure, formed on disc needles with high position of anvils, and in the third system a connecting thread is laid onto needles of the disc and the cylinder with lower position of anvils. The connecting thread joins two layers of incomplete jersey structure by stitches of incomplete lasting. The connecting thread is laid between two layers of jersey fabric in the form of broaches and exits to both sides to form longitudinal strips.

EFFECT: expanded assortment of double-layer weaves, increased stability of shape and possibility to use jersey at both sides and to control jersey tensility.

Description

The invention relates to knitwear production, namely to the production of culinary double-layer knitwear, and can be used for the manufacture of knitted fabrics for any purpose.

As a result of a patent search, no analogue was found.

The objective of the invention is to create the basic structure of a two-layer knitwear with increased dimensional stability and the ability to use on both sides, to expand the range of two-layer weaves.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the two-layer knitwear contains two layers of incomplete smoothness, offset relative to each other by one needle step and interconnected by loops of incomplete eraser, and for the formation of one row of this knitwear, three loop-forming systems are required: in the first loop-forming system on the needle of the disk incomplete smoothness is knitted with a high position of the heels, in the second system, the incomplete smoothness is also knitted on the needles of the cylinder with the upper position of the heels, but shifted by one needle step relative to the surface, connected on the needles of the disk with a high position of the heels, and in the third system on the needles of the disk and the cylinder with a low position of the heels, a connecting thread is laid that connects two layers of incomplete smoothness with loops of an incomplete eraser, and the connecting thread is laid between the two layers of knitted fabric in the form of broaches and leaves on both sides of the canvas, forming longitudinal stripes.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a graphical record of a two-layer knitwear with a rapport in height 1 row, which is formed from three systems of threads, and a rapport in width - 8 looped posts. The columns I1-I8 are formed on the needles of the cylinder, and the columns I1'-I8 'are formed on the needles of the disk.

The proposed knitwear is obtained on interlock machines.

To develop this knitwear, two positions of the disc needles and two positions of the cylinder needles are necessary:

In the drawing, the needle needle I1'-I6 ', I8' with a high heel, needles I7 '- with a low heel. Needles of the I1-I7 cylinder have a high heel, and I8 needles have a low heel.

The production of knitwear occurs as follows: in the first loop-forming system, the needle of the disk with a high arrangement of heels (I1'-I6 ', I8') knits loops of incomplete smoothness, the needle of the cylinder is turned off; in the second loop-forming system, on the contrary, the needle of the disk is turned off from work, and loops of incomplete smoothness are formed on the needle of the cylinder with a high arrangement of heels (I1-I7); in the third loop-forming system, two layers of incomplete smoothness are connected by loops of incomplete eraser, which are formed on the needles of the disk with a low arrangement of heels I7 'and the needles of the cylinder I8 with a low arrangement of heels.

The result is a two-layer knitwear containing two layers of incomplete smoothness, offset from one another by one needle step and interconnected by loops of an incomplete eraser. In the first loop-forming system, incomplete smoothness is knitted, in the second - incomplete smoothness, but shifted by one needle step. In the third system, a connecting thread is laid that connects two layers of incomplete smoothness with loops of incomplete eraser. Thus, the connecting thread is laid between the two layers in the form of broaches and goes on both sides of the knitted fabric in the loop columns I7 ', I8, forming longitudinal stripes.

Technical result:

- expansion of the assortment of two-layer weaves;

- creating the basic structure of a two-layer knitwear with the possibility of use from two sides;

- increase the shape stability of knitwear, which is ensured by the use of connecting thread;

- reducing the elongation of the knitwear in width due to broaches from the connecting thread, which limit its elongation;

- the ability to control the elongation of knitwear by changing the rapport of the two-layer knitwear in width, thereby changing the length of the broaches of the connecting thread;

- expansion of the assortment of knitted fabrics due to refueling on systems of yarns, different in raw material composition or color. For example, in the first loop-forming system, loops of incomplete smoothness on the needles of a disk with a high arrangement of heels are produced from threads of one composition or color, in the second loop-forming system loops of incomplete smoothness on the needles of a cylinder with a high arrangement of heels are produced from threads of a different composition or color, and in the third loop-forming the system knits an incomplete eraser on the needles of the disk and cylinder with a low arrangement of heels from the connecting thread of the third raw material or color, and this results in knitwear, front and back internal side of which differs in the commodity composition of any color. Each side of the two-layer knitwear has longitudinal stripes of connecting thread of another raw material composition or color.

The proposed knitwear can be manufactured in an industrial environment on interlock machines.

A two-layer knitwear containing two layers of incomplete smoothness, shifted relative to each other by one needle step and interconnected by loops of an incomplete eraser; moreover, three loop-forming systems are needed to form one row of this knitwear: in the first loop-forming system, incomplete knits on the needles of the disk with a high heel position surface, in the second system - on the needles of the cylinder with the upper position of the heels an incomplete surface is also knitted, but shifted by one needle step relative to the incomplete surface formed on the needles of the disc with a high heel position, and in the third system, a connecting thread is laid on the needles of the disc and cylinder with a low heel position, which connects two layers of incomplete smoothness with loops of incomplete eraser so that the connecting thread is laid between two layers of knitted fabric in the form of broaches and extends to both sides forming longitudinal stripes.
