Description

The invention relates to the technology of knitwear production.

Known jersey full double jacquard weaving worked out on knitting machines with an elastic arrangement of needles, in which the loops of one side are formed according to the pattern, and the loops of the wrong side are formed according to the order of threading into sets of loop forming systems that are constant [1]. Since the order of alternating loops of different colors on the front side of the threads is a random value, and the sequence of loops on the wrong side is a constant, for this reason one of the colors that is involved in the formation of the pattern on the face will always be knitted. Therefore, knitting this knitwear on machines with interlocking needles is impossible, because the needles of the front and rear needle stands collide with each other when threading, resulting in machine failure.

The technical result is the creation of double patchwork regular jacquard knitwear with multi-color patterned effects based on interlocking interlocks with improved consumer properties, characterized by high definition patterns, reduced air permeability and tensile properties.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the threads of the front side are laid on the needles according to the figure, and the threads of the wrong side are laid on the needles so that if the thread of this loop-forming system is laid on the needle of the front side, then the thread of another system is laid on the opposite needle.

Figure 1 shows the loop structure of a double patch knit with multi-color one-sided patterned effects, developed on a machine with interlock needle placement. The presented sample is a 6-color jacquard knit. The kit for generating one loop series of the pattern contains six loop-forming systems Z0 = 6. As can be seen from figure 1, the loops of adjacent looped columns of the front "L1, L2, L3" and the wrong "I1, I2, I3" are knitted with different loop-forming thread systems.

Figure 2 shows a graph of the laying of threads of a set of loop-forming systems for the 1st and 2nd stitch rows K1 and K2, respectively, consisting of 6 knitting systems Z0 = 6. The threads are laid in such a way that the thread of the same color is not laid on the needles in adjacent loop stitches of the front and rear needle beds. The threading on the needles of the rear needle bar depends on the pattern on the front of the knitwear.

Using this method, samples of a double laid on regular jacquard knitwear with multi-color one-sided patterned effects on a machine with interlock needle placement were developed. This method allows you to significantly expand the range of products manufactured and improve their performance.
