Description

The invention relates to the technology of knitwear production. Known double jacquard knitwear with multicolor one-sided patterned effects, in which the loops of the front side are formed according to the pattern, and the loops of the wrong side are formed according to the order of threading into sets of loop-forming systems that are permanent. Since the order of alternating loops of different colors on the front side of the threads is a random value, and the sequence of loops on the wrong side is a constant value, for this reason, the index and size of the jacquard loop is not the same. For example, knitting a full jacquard knit with multi-color patterned effects [1] will be accompanied by an increase in the loop index (the size of its frame), causing unevenness of the loops forming the pattern, and a deterioration in the appearance of the fabric (blurring of the pattern). For this reason, the development of jacquard fabrics with multi-color patterned effects (the number of colors in one row is more than three) based on known types of weave and when knitting on modern flat knitting machines is impossible.

The technical result is the creation of double patchwork regular jacquard knitwear with multicolor one-sided patterned effects and a uniform loop structure.

The technical result of knitting is achieved by the fact that the loops of the wrong side are formed so that when the colors of adjacent loop stitches of the front and wrong sides match, the loops are formed on the wrong side, the next in the order of threading into sets of loop-forming systems, and the same number of loops of the front and wrong sides intersect the same number broaches.

The method of knitting a double jacquard knit with multicolor one-sided patterned effects, namely, that the threads of the front side are laid on the needles according to the figure, and the threads of the wrong side are laid on the needles alternately, according to the threading in the looping systems and if the thread of the same color is laid on the needles in adjacent the looped posts of the front and rear needle bars, a thread is laid on the needle of the rear needle bar, next in the order of threading into sets of loop forming systems.

Figure 1 shows the image of the looped structure of double knitwear with multicolor one-sided patterned effects. The presented sample is a 5-color jacquard knit. The kit for generating one loop series of the pattern contains five loop-forming systems Z0 = 5. Figure 2 shows a graph of the laying of threads of a set of loop-forming systems for the 1st and 2nd loop series K1 and K2, respectively, consisting of 5 knitting systems Z0 = 5. The threads are laid in such a way that the thread of the same color is not laid on the needles in adjacent loop stitches of the front and rear needle beds. The threading on the needles of the rear needle bar depends on the pattern on the front of the knitwear.

Using this method, samples of a double laid on regular jacquard knitwear with multicolor one-sided patterned effects were developed. This method allows you to significantly expand the range of manufactured products.
