4. The data is led into a computerized flat knitting machine for knitting to obtain a finished product of the cloth with jacquard air layer. The final product is shown in fig. 9.
Comparing the finished product of comparative example 1 (fig. 9) with the finished products of examples 1-2 (fig. 5-8), the front and back visible surfaces of the cloth of comparative example 1 only can present the positive needle texture, the pattern surface is flat, the effect is general and lack of novelty, and no third dimension. In the embodiment 1-2, due to the tissue difference of the combination of the front and back needle coils on the same visual surface, the pattern area can directly generate a three-dimensional jacquard effect similar to a relief when the air layer is jacquard, and the back needle texture is exquisite in detail and novel in effect.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (7)
1. A knitting method of air layer fabric is characterized in that knitting is performed by using knitting equipment comprising a first needle bed and a second needle bed, and the knitting method comprises the following steps:
obtaining a first yarn and a second yarn, wherein the first yarn is knitted on the first needle bed to form a first loop, and the second yarn is knitted on the second needle bed to form a second loop;
the knitting step of the first needle bed comprises: simultaneously turning over the needles of the first coil and the second coil to the first needle bed, wherein the first coil is arranged at a plurality of first needle positions of the first needle bed, the second coil is arranged at an empty needle position of the first needle bed, and at least one first needle position and at least one empty needle position of the first needle bed are arranged at intervals to carry out knitting of the first yarn;
the knitting step of the second needle bed comprises: and simultaneously turning over the needles of the first coil and the second coil to the second needle bed, wherein the second coil is arranged at a needle position corresponding to the empty needle position of the first needle bed on the second needle bed, the first coil is arranged at the empty needle position of the second needle bed, and the second yarn is knitted.
2. An air layer fabric knitting method as claimed in claim 1, wherein 1-3 empty needle positions of the first needle bed are spaced between every two first needle positions.
3. A method for knitting an air layer fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein the empty needle position of said first needle bed is spaced by 1 needle position between every two said first needle positions.
4. The knitting method of the air layer jacquard fabric is characterized in that the air layer jacquard fabric comprises a reverse stitch area and a forward stitch area, knitting is carried out by adopting knitting equipment comprising a first needle bed and a second needle bed, and the knitting method comprises the following steps:
the knitting step of the purl stitch area comprises the following steps: weaving by the weaving method according to any one of claims 1 to 3;
needle turning: turning the first stitch back to the first needle position of the first needle bed;
the knitting step of the positive stitch area comprises the following steps: the first yarn is knitted on the first needle bed, and the second yarn is knitted on the second needle bed.
5. The knitting method of the air layer jacquard fabric is characterized in that the air layer jacquard fabric comprises a front purl loop area and a back purl loop area, knitting is carried out by adopting knitting equipment comprising a first needle bed and a second needle bed, and the knitting method comprises the following steps:
the knitting step of the front purl stitch area comprises the following steps: weaving by the weaving method according to any one of claims 1 to 3;
the knitting step of the reverse side purl stitch area comprises the following steps: simultaneously turning over the needles of the first coil and the second coil to the first needle bed, and knitting the second yarn on the first needle bed; and simultaneously turning over the first coil and the second coil to the second needle bed, and knitting the first yarn on the second needle bed.
6. An air layer fabric woven by the weaving method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
7. The air layer jacquard fabric obtained by knitting according to the knitting method described in claim 4 or 5.
