Description

Knitted weft knitted fabric, knitting method thereof and knitted garment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a knitted weft fabric, a knitting method thereof and knitted clothing.
Background
Jacquard knitted fabrics (English: jacquard knitted fabrics) are knitted fabrics with floating threads by using jacquard weave. Knitting (knitting) is a technological process of forming loops by using various raw materials and varieties of yarns by using a knitting needle and connecting the loops into knitted fabrics through series connection. The knitted fabric is soft in texture, has good crease resistance and air permeability, has large extensibility and elasticity, and is comfortable to wear. Besides being used for clothes and decoration, the knitted product can also be used in the fields of industry and agriculture, medical treatment and public health, national defense and the like. Knitting is divided into two categories, hand knitting and machine knitting. The jacquard fabric can be divided into home textile fabric and fashion fabric, and as early as the ancient silk road, the Chinese silk is known in the world in a jacquard weaving mode. The jacquard is for double-sided fabrics, and is divided into complete jacquard and incomplete jacquard.
According to different process characteristics, the method produces two categories of weft knitting and warp knitting. In weft knitting production, the cheese can be directly produced on a machine after raw materials are wound. Each yarn is laid on the knitting needles of the weft knitting machine in weft sequence to form a weft-knitted fabric. In warp knitting production, raw materials are wound, warped, arranged in parallel and wound into a warp beam, and then the warp beam is used for production. The yarns are unwound from the beam and each yarn is laid down on one or at most two needles of a warp knitting machine in the longitudinal direction to form a warp knit fabric. There are also methods for combining weft and warp knitting on some knitting machines. In this case, two sets of yarns are arranged on a knitting machine, one set is laid by a warp knitting method and the other set is laid by a weft knitting method, and the knitting needles form loops by the two sets of yarns together to form a knitted fabric. The stitches formed by the same yarn are arranged in the weft direction in weft-knitted fabrics, and in the knitting field in warp-knitted fabrics.
The inventor researches to find that the common double-jacquard weaving method has single combination and unchangeable color; the common multicolor jacquard weave has single texture, no convex-concave stereoscopic impression and smooth surface.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.

Because the application relates to a plurality of pattern units, for example, 5 pattern units, namely a base layer weave and 5 pattern units form an integral pattern weave, the requirement on the machine is high, and therefore, the ADF series of the STOLL computerized flat knitting machine imported from Germany is woven. The ADF series of the STOLL computerized flat knitting machine imported from Germany selected by the application can weave more pattern units on the basis of the base layer structure, and the ADF series can only select partial units in the existing case of producing other ordinary weaving machines.
The weaving method provided by the application comprises a base layer tissue and a plurality of pattern units, wherein each base layer tissue and each pattern unit can be combined at will to form a changeable pattern; the color of each pattern unit can be 2 to 4, and at most 5 groups of pattern units can be made, and the total color is about 20. The knitted weft knitted fabric obtained by knitting has texture stereoscopic impression, is rich in changeable colors, and is added with various patterns, so that the design feeling is more complicated.
