Abstract

FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: single-knitted jersey fabric has transferred stitches and thrown-on stitches, said transferred stitches being knitted through thrown-on stitches formed from one and the same thread in the same course and arranged in at least two stitch columns from columns wherein said thrown-on stitches are formed. Thrown-on stitches are formed in knitted fabric in each stitch course in staggered arrangement to impart openwork effect.

EFFECT: reduced stretching and unroving properties of knitted fabric to thereby widen fields of application of the given kind of fabric.

Description

The invention relates to the technology of knitwear production, namely to a single knitwear with an openwork effect.

Known for the closest, adopted for the prototype, a single knitwear of openwork weaving, containing loops and loops, knitted at the same time with the transferred loops or drafts [1]. The disadvantages of this knitwear are good elongation in width and significant promiscuity.

The technical result of the invention is the obtaining of elongated and malodorodnoy jersey.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that a single lace knitwear with an openwork effect containing loops and drafts, and the transferred loops are knitted through drafts formed in the same stitch row from the same thread and located at least through two stitch columns, from the columns, in which these loops were formed, which makes it possible to obtain knitwear with a minimum extensibility in width and reduced looseness.

A single culinary knitwear with an openwork effect, in the structure of which each transferred P2 loop (drawing) stretches for four looped columns L1, L2 L3, L4, has a minimum stretch in width.

Transferred loops and knitted through sketches form a significant number of contact points that increase the friction force, as well as loops and sketches formed from one thread, are located in different loop columns, which reduces the dissolvability.

The drawing shows a weaving pattern, the rapport of which in height contains two looped rows P1, P2, formed from thread "a". The width of the rapport is two looped posts L1, L2. In each loop series, outline H2, H3 and loops P1, P2 are formed, located through the loop stitch. The sketches in each loop are staggered. The transferred P1 loops are knitted through the H2 sketches formed by at least two loop stitches from the posts in which these loops were formed. The loop P2, knitted through the sketch H3, with the left stick P _l2 connects to the right stick H _{pr1 of the} sketch H1 with the broach Pr1. With the right stick P _pr2, loop P2 connects to the left stick N _{l2 of a} sketch of H2 with a pull of Pr2. Other elements of the knitwear structure are similarly connected.

The proposed structure of a single culinary knitwear with an openwork effect is formed as a result of laying the first row of thread “a” on the needles of the front and rear needle beds of a two-knit flat knitting machine, while loops are formed on the needles of the front needle bar: I1, I3, I5, and on the needles of the rear needle bar: I2 , I4 - outline. We shift the front needle bar by one needle step and transfer the loops from the needles I1, I3, I5 to the needles I2, I4, respectively. Then the transferred loops are knitted through drafts.

The advantages of the proposed single culinary knitwear with an openwork effect are the possibility of obtaining new structures with a minimum elongation in width and a minimum dissolvability, which makes it possible to expand the scope of this type of knitwear.

A single culinary knitwear with an openwork effect, containing loops and drafts, characterized in that the transferred loops are knitted through drafts formed in the same stitch row from the same thread and located at least two loop stitches from the columns in which they were formed these loops.
