SUBSTANCE: weft knitted fabric is made by columnar satin stitched weaving and press-type double-rib knit fabric weaving, said weavings being joined with one another through press-weaving underlaps. Columnar satin stitched weavings formed from boucle-type relief twisted yarn intersect with press-type weaving stitches of double-rib knit fabric formed from smooth yarn at face sides of said stitches.

EFFECT: increased form stability of knitted fabric, reduced material usage, elimination of coiling and double-sided boucle effect.

Description

The invention relates to the technology of knitting production, in particular to the production of knitwear double double-sided weaving using yarn shaped twist type boucle, and can be used in the knitwear industry for the production of household goods, in particular for the production of upper products.

Known jersey press weave type single semifanga on the basis of the surface (1). The disadvantage of the knitwear of this weave is the curl, reduced shape stability and increased material consumption. When using fancy yarn, the knitwear of this weave has a structure with the effect of stitching only on one side.

Known knit press weave type double half-eraser based on the eraser (2). The disadvantage of knitwear for this weave is the lack of dimensional stability and increased material consumption. When using fancy yarn, the knitwear of this weave has a structure with the effect of stitching only on one side.

Known two-layer culinary knitwear, consisting of looped rows, including loops of iron, located on both sides of the knitwear, and press loops, and having additional looped rows (3). The disadvantage of knitwear for this weave is the lack of dimensional stability and increased material consumption. When using fancy yarn, the knitwear of this weave has a structure with the effect of stitching only on one side.

The objective of the invention is the creation of knitwear with high dimensional stability, reduced material consumption, untwisted, having a structure with a double-sided effect of towing.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in a double-sided cooler knitwear, consisting of weaving a tubular surface and a press weave of the type of double semifang, interconnected by broaches of a press weave, according to the invention, broaches of a tubular smoothness formed from shaped boucle type yarn intersect the loops of a press weave type of double semifang formed of smooth yarn on their front sides.

Figure 1 presents a geometric model of double double-sided culinary knitwear. Shaped yarn I forms the inside loops of the tubular surface 2, 4, 6 and further, the broaches of which 2-4, 4-6 and further, intersect the 1 *, 3 *, 5 * press weave loops from their front sides.

Shaped yarn II forms the front loops of the tubular surface 1, 3, 5 and further, broaches 1-3, 3-5 and further cross the loops 2 *, 4 *, 6 * of the press weave from their front sides.

Figure 2 presents a graphical record of the weave of double double-sided knitwear obtained on flat knitting equipment such as Steiger, Stoll, Universal with automated control by successive transfers of loops from the needles of the front needle bar (•) in 2, 8 rows to the needles of the rear needle bar (x) in rows 4, 6.

The resulting knitwear has a high dimensional stability, reduced material consumption, untwist and a two-sided effect of towing and can be used in the knitwear industry for the production of household goods, in particular for the production of upper products.

Double double-sided culinary knitwear, consisting of weaving tubular surface and press weaving of the double semifang type, interconnected by broaches of the press weaving, in which broaches of the tubular smoothness formed from fancy yarn like boucle cross the loops of the press weaving of the type of double semifang formed from smooth from their front sides.
