A known composition and method for producing antifriction powder materials based on bronze (RF patent No. 2090308, IPC B22F1 / 00, publ. 1997.09.20), including the preparation of a mixture consisting of a mixture of copper and glass powders, followed by mixing with bronze powder, a mixture of powders copper and glass is processed in the attritor, and the mixture consists of the following ratios of components, wt.%: glass - 5 ... 20, copper - 5 ... 20, bronze - the rest.
A known method of producing antifriction material based on copper (RF patent No. 2203972, IPC С22С 1/05, B22F 3/20, B22F 3/24, publ. 2003.05.10), comprising preparing a powder mixture by mechanochemical alloying with the addition of solid lubricant and getter , cold pressing, sintering and hot extrusion, while after hot extrusion the material is quenched at a temperature of 850 ± 30 ° C, cooled in a bath with water and subjected to aging at a temperature of 400 ± 50 ° C, after which it is cooled together with the furnace. The invention relates to methods for the manufacture of antifriction materials with solid lubricants based on copper, intended for the production of tribological components (self-lubricating wear-resistant sliding bearings in friction units), while the percentage of solid lubricants in the volume of the material increases, which increases its strength characteristics.
A known composition and method for producing antifriction powder materials based on copper (RF patent No. 2285582, IPC B22F 3/12, C22C 1/05, B22F 8/00, F16C 33/12, publ. 2006.10.20), including the preparation of a mixture containing bronze-graphite powder with a particle size of not more than 250 microns, obtained by grinding spent bronze-graphite bearings, and copper powder in the amount of 11-12% of the amount of bronze-graphite powder. The resulting mixture is pressed at 250-270 MPa and sintered in a protective environment at 890-910 ° C for at least 60 minutes. However, the known antifriction powder material based on copper cannot be used for highly loaded friction units, in particular in the manufacture of antifriction sleeves.
The technical result to which the invention is directed is to increase the antifriction properties of copper-based powder materials, increase their wear resistance for the manufacture of antifriction bushings.
Технический результат достигается тем, что в составе антифрикционных порошковых материалов на основе меди, включающем смесь порошка меди и легирующих материалов, новым является то, что в качестве легирующих материалов используют порошок олова, порошок свинцовый, графит, причем шихта содержит компоненты при следующем соотношении, мас.%:The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the composition of antifriction powder materials based on copper, including a mixture of copper powder and alloying materials, it is new that tin powder, lead powder, graphite are used as alloying materials, and the charge contains components in the following ratio, wt .%:
The table below shows the properties of antifriction materials based on copper.
The introduced alloying elements in the composition of the composition on a copper basis have the following purpose:
- олово хорошо взаимодействует с медью, образуя при этом легкоплавкую эвтектику (CuSn), которая легко заполняет поры и тем самым обеспечивает стабильность размеров прессуемых изделий;- tin interacts well with copper, forming a fusible eutectic (CuSn), which easily fills the pores and thereby ensures dimensional stability of the pressed products;
- графит улучшает прессуемость заготовок, улучшая эрозионные свойства медных изделий;- graphite improves the compressibility of the workpieces, improving the erosion properties of copper products;
- свинец улучшает антифрикционные свойства изделий и обеспечивает стабильность размеров после спекания.- lead improves the antifriction properties of products and ensures dimensional stability after sintering.
When changing the range of the quantitative composition of the components, the physical and technical properties of the resulting material deteriorate, which does not allow it to be used in the production of antifriction bushings of gear oil pumps.
The technological process for producing antifriction powder material based on copper includes the following basic operations: preparation of the starting components; weighting of the starting components; mixing the components of the mixture; dosage; pressing; sintering, calibration and additional sintering.
The operation of preparing the starting materials consists in obtaining a powder fraction with particle sizes of 140 ÷ 150 μm or less by sieving through grids with mesh sizes of predetermined sizes and drying graphite at a temperature of 100 ° C. Then, the powders sifted and selected according to the necessary fractions were weighed on a gastronomic scale of the type RM 10Ts13u with an accuracy of ± 0.5 g.
In accordance with the quantitative ratio of the components of the mixture, the base is copper powder, and the remaining components are alloying materials, in this regard, the sequence of filling the suspended components of the mixture into the mixer was strictly followed as their percentage composition decreased. Alloying materials are poured into the mixture sequentially as their percentage composition decreases. Stirring was carried out in a drunk barrel mixer for 6 hours with mandatory loading of steel corners, providing high-quality mixing of the components of the charge. Zinc stearate was used as a plasticizer. After analyzing the chemical composition of the charge, a dosage operation follows, which was carried out on a technical balance with an accuracy of weighing up to 0.1 g.
Samples were pressed in a mold on a hydraulic press with a specific pressing force of 200 to 400 MPa.
The container with the charge is loaded into a cold oven. Sintering was carried out in a chamber furnace of the SNOL type, in a protective environment of dissociated ammonia, by successively increasing the temperature from 20 ° C to 600 ° C with a holding time of 1.5 hours, and further raising the temperature to 660 ° C ± 5 ° C with holding a time of 1.5 hours and subsequent cooling in air by blowing in a stream of dissociated ammonia, and the calibration was carried out at a specific pressure equal to the pressing pressure, followed by a sintering mode by successively increasing the temperature from 20 ° C to 860 ° C ± 5 ° C with an exposure of 1.5 hours and subsequent cooling deniem air stream by blowing in dissociated ammonia.
For the purpose of compaction and hardening of the powder material, additional operations were introduced into the technological process: product calibration and re-sintering.
The specific pressure during the calibration operation was equal to the pressing pressure. Sintering after calibration was carried out according to the following mode:
- загрузка контейнера в холодную печь, повышение температуры до 860°С - выдержка 1,5 часа,- loading the container into a cold oven, raising the temperature to 860 ° C - holding for 1.5 hours,
- охлаждение с контейнером на воздухе с обдувом в потоке диссоциированного аммиака.- cooling with a container in air with blowing in a stream of dissociated ammonia.
The test results of the samples after the introduction of additional operations showed that the hardness of the powder alloyed materials increased to the level of cast material.
Studies have shown that the manufacture of antifriction bushings of gear oil pumps by powder metallurgy from alloyed powder on a copper basis has several advantages over the technological process of casting rods of various diameters:
- высокий коэффициент использования материала 0,9÷0,98;- high utilization of the material 0.9 ÷ 0.98;
- максимальное приближение форм и размеров заготовки к форме и размерам готового изделия;- the maximum approximation of the shapes and sizes of the workpiece to the shape and size of the finished product;
- наличие пористости в изделиях из порошковых материалов, обусловленной не сплошной поверхностью, улучшает прирабатываемость сопрягаемых деталей, обеспечивая при этом образование масляной пленки на трущихся поверхностях изделий, что создает эффект самосмазываемости, исключающий сухое трение, и уменьшает износ цилиндров двигателя при его холодном запуске.- the presence of porosity in products made of powder materials, due to a non-continuous surface, improves the working life of the mating parts, while ensuring the formation of an oil film on the friction surfaces of the products, which creates a self-lubricating effect that eliminates dry friction, and reduces the wear of engine cylinders during its cold start.
Thus, the proposed composition of antifriction powder materials based on copper for the manufacture of antifriction bushings by powder metallurgy will increase their wear resistance, which will increase the reliability of the antifriction bushings, increase the utilization of the material and, therefore, increase the efficiency of production.
