SUBSTANCE: pack for cigarettes consists of two parts (10, 11), which are joined to each other due to availability of strip (15) of linear hinged joint with the possibility of opening. Each part (10, 11) of pack is arranged as an independent pack, namely in the form of case with pull-out box or pack with collapsible cover. Parts (10, 11) of pack are inverted towards each other by face sides.

EFFECT: production of pack of cigar case type, provision of their highly efficient industrial production and facilitation of consumer usage.

Claims

1. A pack for cigarettes or similar products from two parts (10, 11), connected to each other by a strip (15) of a linear hinge with the possibility of rotation, each of these parts (10, 11) of the package contains a group (17) of cigarettes and represents a separate complete packaging made in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, and both of these parts (10, 11) of the pack in the area of two adjacent side walls (24, 25) are connected to each other by a strip (15) of a linear hinge, characterized by the following features:
a) each part (10, 11) of the pack is made in the form of a package of a case with a sliding box, and it consists of a case (20, 21) and a box (22, 23) pushed into this case (20, 21) for placement in it groups (17) of cigarettes:
b) the case (20, 21) is obtained from a pattern folded into a rectangular parallelepiped with two overlapping tubular edges (26, 27 and 28, 29) with the formation of the front wall (40, 41), the rear wall (42, 43) and side walls ( 24, 25);
c) the box (22, 23) is formed by the wall (32) of the box directed across the side valve (33), the bottom wall (36) and the end wall (37), the bottom wall and the end wall having filling tips (38, 39) for positioning relative to the front wall (40, 41) of the case (20, 21);
d) parts (10, 11) of the bundle face each other with the front walls (40, 41) of the cases (20.21);
e) parts (10, 11) of the bundle are connected to each other only in the region of the side walls (24, 25) of the cases (20, 21) by means of a strip (15) of a linear hinge;
e) the strip (15) of the linear joint extends along the entire length,
according to the height of the cases (20, 21).

2. The pack according to claim 1, characterized by the following features:
a) overlapping tubular flanges (26, 27, 28, 29) of the cases (20, 21) for individual parts (10, 11) of the packet are located in the region of the side walls (25, 25);
b) the side walls (24, 25) with tubular edges (26, 27, 28, 29) of both parts (10, 11) of the packet are located on the same side due to the respective relative position (10, 11) of the packet;
c) the free edges of the outer tubular edges (26, 28) are facing each other;
d) the strip (15) of the linear hinge extends over the entire surface in the region of the lateral sides (24, 25) having tubular flanges (26, 27, 28, 29) over their entire height.

A pack according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least the front sides of the cases (20, 21) facing each other, namely their front walls (40, 41), have recesses (44, 45) or cutouts (48, 49) made to facilitate access to the drawer (22, 23) in the area of the upper transverse edge of the front wall (40, 41) or in the region of the lower transverse edge of the front wall (40, 41).

A pack according to claim 3, characterized in that opposite to the recesses (44, 45) made in the portion of the upper transverse edge of the front wall (40, 41) of the cases (20, 21), in the portion of the upper edge of the rear wall (42, 43 ), preferably corresponding to their smaller recesses (46, 47), so that the upper part of the drawer (22, 23) is available for capture.

The pack according to claim 1, characterized in that the parts (10, 11) of the pack in the closed position are connected to each other by easily separable Velcro (50) located respectively in the region of the front walls (40, 41) of the cases (facing each other) ( 20, 21) and the front walls (58, 59) of the boxes (52, 53) facing each other.

A pack according to claim 1, characterized in that the parts (10, 11) of the pack have different sizes, namely a different width or depth, so that the cigarette groups (17) consist of a different number of cigarettes (16), so that, in particular, the smaller part (10) of the pack has only one row of cigarettes (16), and the other part (11) of the pack has two rows of cigarettes (16), stacked, in particular, in a checkerboard pattern.

7. A pack for cigarettes or similar products from two parts (10, 11), rotatably connected to each other by a strip (15) of a linear hinge, each of these parts (10, 11) of the pack containing a group (17) of cigarettes and represents a separate complete packaging made in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, and both of these parts (10, 11) of the pack in the area of two adjacent side walls (24, 25) are connected to each other by a strip (15) of a linear hinge, characterized by the following features:
a) each part (10, 11) of the pack is made in the form of a pack with a hinged lid consisting of a box (52, 53) and a lid (54, 55), as well as a side (62) located inside the box, and the lid (54, 55) is connected to the box (52, 53) in the region of the rear wall (56) of the box through a linear hinge;
b) the strip (15) of the linear hinge for connecting the parts (10, 11) of the packet with each other extends exclusively in the region of the boxes (52, 53);
c) parts (10, 11) of the packet face each other with their faces, i.e. the front walls (58, 59) of the boxes and the front sides (60, 61) of the covers.

8. A pack according to claim 7, characterized in that the parts (10, 11) of the pack in the closed position are connected to each other by easily separable Velcro (50) located respectively in the region of the front walls (40, 41) of the cases (facing each other) ( 20, 21) and the front walls (58, 59) of the boxes (52, 53) facing each other.

A pack according to claim 7, characterized in that the parts (10, 11) of the pack have different sizes, namely a different width or depth, so that the cigarette groups (17) consist of a different number of cigarettes (16), so that in particular, the smaller part (10) of the pack has only one row of cigarettes (16), and the other part (11) of the pack has two rows of cigarettes (16), stacked, in particular, in a checkerboard pattern.

A method of manufacturing packs (for cigarettes) of two parts (10, 11) of the package, rotatably connected to each other, with a group (17) of cigarettes in each, and parts (10, 11) of the package adjacent to each other with their faces sides and interconnected by a special strip (15) of a linear hinge, characterized by the following features:
a) separately manufactured, fully equipped parts (10, 11) of the packs are fed along the corresponding packaging lines (63, 64) to the assembly area (65),
b) parts (11) of packs in the same design or of the same size are turned 180 ° during transportation to the assembly section (65) in such a way that their front sides, initially facing upwards, face down;
c) in the assembly section (65), the parts (10, 11) of the packs are laid in pairs on top of each other, and the parts (11) of the packs turned upside down during transportation turn out to be lying on the corresponding parts (10) of the packs, so that the front sides parts (10, 11) of the packs are adjacent to each other;
d) then parts (10, 11) of the packs are fed in pairs to the connecting section (67), where strips (15) of linear joints are applied to their side walls (24, 25), facing away, in particular, using a transfer roller ( 68).
