Abstract

Cartons of the type made from blanks folded to tubular form with end-closing flaps attached to each side wall panel have strips 16 of pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to their exterior surfaces so that a plurality of such cartons may be removably secured together in layers or stacks to facilitate loading. The cartons are erected from a collapsed condition illustrated in Fig. 3 (not shown); since the pressure sensitive surfaces of adjacent blanks are not in contact when stacked thus, they do not adhere together.
