L-carnosine is additionally added to the supplement, components are added to the supplement in following ratio, wt %: farina 10-70; L-carnosine 10-70; ascorbic acid 10-70; vitamin E 0.05-30; fillers - rest.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to rapidly recover tired muscles after hard physical exercises.

Description

The invention relates to the food industry, in particular biologically active food additives.

A known method of enhancing the action of biologically active substances (ed. St. USSR N 1780753 "Method of enhancing the action of biologically active substances", IPC A61K 35/64), in which an extract of silkworm pupae is used as an auxiliary component.

However, this is associated with certain technological difficulties, since the number of ecdysteroids in the silkworm larvae during the period of its development can fluctuate hundreds of times each day, which significantly affects the biological activity of the drug. This does not allow for a more accurate dosage and, therefore, more accurate standardization.

The best biostimulants and energy-rich products are preparations based on bee products. Also known is the drug Tonus, created on the basis of pollen and milk sugar (lactose) and approved by the Main Sanitary Administration under the President of the Russian Federation TU-64-02-06-244-91, which is produced by the Biokor company.

However, this drug does not contain a multivitamin complex and vital trace elements. Its effect on the human body is explained only by the presence of flower pollen, which can complicate the interpretation of the biological activity of Tonus, since it is necessary to know exactly when the pollen is collected and from which plants. Closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a natural multivitamin complex "Elton" RF patent No. 2062585 MKI A23L 1/076, 1/302. The inventive natural multivitamin complex contains pollen, eleutherococcus, ascorbic acid, α-tocopherol acetate, propolis, calcium stearate, talc and lactose in the following ratio, wt.%: Pollen - 50-51; eleutherococcus - 10; ascorbic acid - 3.0-3.5; α-tocopherol acetate - 0.15; propolis - 2; calcium stearate - 0.92-0.95; talc - 3; lactose is the rest.

In the proposed preparation "Elton", pollen is considered as an energy source, and it is the total, created in conjunction with clearly dosed vitamins and an adaptogen-immunomodulator - eleutherococcus. Elton was created to improve the speed and endurance qualities of athletes and has been actively used by the Schools of Higher Sports Excellence for over 10 years.

In the present invention, instead of the root of eleutherococcus, it is proposed to introduce the substance L-carnosine, which serves as a natural dope that avoids the feeling of fatigue, protects the muscles from biochemical damage, and obtain maximum results.

At the moment, “Elton” does not meet modern requirements for the quick recovery of athletes, does not provide quick recovery of tired muscles during heavy physical exertion. The present invention makes the recovery process of the athlete shorter compared to the prototype.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the well-known therapeutic and prophylactic agent "Elton" containing flower pollen (bee stalk), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and vitamin E, fillers, L-carnosine is additionally introduced, and removed from the composition of eleutherococcus in the next the ratio of components, wt.%:

Flower pollen 10-70;

L-carnosine 10-70;

Ascorbic acid 10-70;

Vitamin E 0.05-30;

Fillers - the rest.

As fillers, you can use, for example, calcium stearate 0.92-0.95, talc 3-6, lactose - the rest.

Human L-Carnosine

L-carnosine is a universal protector that protects cells from damage by glucose, makes cells more resistant to hypoxia, rejuvenates already aged cells, and has immunomodulating and anti-inflammatory effects. Here, this action is similar to the action of Eleutherococcus, as in the prototype "Elton". However, L-carnosine has additional properties that Eleutherococcus does not have, and therefore, Elton:

1. L-carnosine is a powerful broad-spectrum antioxidant that can protect lipids, proteins and nucleic acids from oxidation. It should be emphasized that L-carnosine is much more effective than such outstanding traditional antioxidants as vitamin E and selenium, because unlike L-carnosine they do not affect two processes:

- carbonylation (for example, the reaction of biomolecules with malondialdehyde);

- glycation (i.e. the reaction of biomolecules with glucose). Only L-carnosine can prevent these pathological processes in the brain, heart, eyes and muscles.

2. L-carnosine enhances the binding of the neurotransmitter glutamate to cellular receptors, which stimulates the transmission of excitation in certain parts of the brain and helps to increase energy levels;

- L-carnosine helps the calcium pump, due to which muscle contraction occurs;

- L-carnosine selectively inhibits nitric oxide-dependent activation of the guanylate cyclase enzyme, thereby controlling the transmembrane cell signal transmission pathway dependent on the formation of cyclic guanidine monophosphate.

During exercise, lactic acid and Active Forms of Oxygen (ROS) simultaneously accumulate in the muscles, due to which calcium channels are closed, and the muscles cannot contract. L-carnosine neutralizes protons and ROS, so fatigue disappears, and the muscles can contract again.

High-intensity exercise causes oxidative stress in the muscles, which in turn depletes the supply of L-carnosine in the muscles. The concentration of L-carnosine in the muscles is an important factor determining the fulfillment of high-intensity physical activity. Active, strong, so-called fast muscle fibers contain a lot of L-carnosine, while weak and atrophied fibers are low. Therefore, it is so important to increase the stamina to replenish the content of L-carnosine in muscles.

L-carnosine is absorbed by the human body from food (meat). However, the process of assimilation is long. In addition, the content of L-carnosine in natural food is low. Therefore, the composition of the proposed biologically active additives introduced L-carnosine.

If during the use of "Elton" both in experimental and field conditions, an improvement in well-being, anti-stress effect and an increase in the running time of athletes are noted, i.e. increased endurance by 10-12%, the proposed biologically active supplement increases this percentage to 20-30% compared with the control group.
