Multilevel car parking includes parking site arranged in the form of multilevel rectangular ramp with protective jacket, entrance and exit ramps arranged in the form of helical spirals located between two hollow cylindrical shells with openings for cars entrance and exit, which are separated from each other, oppositely installed on opposite ends of overpass and connected to it by means of galleries, and special compartments of service center, including repair and guest premises, and also cafe bar, sauna and swimming pool. Repair and guest premises are located within hollow shells, while cafe bar, sauna and swimming pool are accordingly located on upper floors of ramps and overpass, and under lower base of overpass there is an additional tank with water, which is hydraulically connected to above mentioned swimming pool and serving as heat stabiliser and reserve volume of water in case of fire, at the same time system of car exhaust gases neutralisation is connected to protective jacket of overpass, being arranged in the form of centrifugal-bubbling apparatus, which uses water as liquid absorbent.

EFFECT: improved technological and operational parametres of parking, free entrance and exit of cars to parking lot, convenient stay of cars and drives in any weather of any season.

The invention relates to transport, in particular to a multi-tier car park.

This invention can be used in various regions, mainly in megapoles or resort recreation areas, where restrictions on the placement of cars are more stringent than in other places of human habitation.

The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known invention include the fact that it is very difficult to implement and ineffective in operation, because It has little opportunity at the same time several cars enter the garage and exit at the same time. To park such a garage completely requires a very high qualification of drivers and a lot of time for the car to enter the upper levels. In addition, when several cars leave the parking lot at the same time, the parking process for newly arriving cars stops, which makes the parking process unpredictable.

The closest in combination of features to the claimed device is a multi-tier car parking containing a cylindrical housing, inside which there is a screw ramp and parking places for cars, as well as sidewalks for pedestrians and utility rooms for car service [certificate. RF for utility model No. 51066, class. E04H 6/10, 2005]. This multi-tier car parking provides for parking cars in separate boxes, which are located on the inside of the spiral ramp around a cylindrical stairwell with an elevator.

The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known device adopted for the prototype include all of the above disadvantages. In addition, the simultaneous entry and exit of cars with such a parking scheme is practically excluded. The fire safety measures that are provided for in it are ineffective and unreliable, because in the event of a fire in one of the boxes, these tools do not allow to localize or extinguish the fire, and therefore do not exclude the possibility of spontaneous combustion of cars in neighboring boxes.

The task of the invention is to obtain a new technical result by creating a new multi-level car park with improved technological and operational parameters, including technical techniques and structural elements, allowing, for example, unhindered entry and exit of cars to the parking lot and ensuring a comfortable stay of cars and motorists at any weather at any time of the year.

The specified technical result during the implementation of the invention is achieved in a multi-level parking lot, including a parking area, entrance and exit ramps and service station boxes, that the parking area is made in the form of a multi-tiered rectangular flyover, and the entrance and exit ramps are separated from each other and installed opposite at the opposite ends of the flyover, with the ramps made in the form of helical spirals located between two hollow cylindrical shells with openings for entry and departure of cars, and connected to the flyover using galleries.

The specified technical result is also achieved by the fact that the boxes for the car service are located inside the hollow shells, and on the upper floors of the ramps and overpass there is a cafe-bar, sauna, pool.

The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the overpass is enclosed in a protective casing to which an exhaust fan with a vehicle exhaust gas aftertreatment system is connected, and under its floor there is a water tank hydraulically connected to the pool.

In the study of the distinguishing features of the claimed multi-level car parking, no similar solutions were identified regarding the use of separate ramps for cars to enter and exit the parking lot, nor were solutions identified regarding their implementation and placement of all elements, including a flyover, ramps and boxes for car service. No analogues have also been identified regarding the performance of fire, thermostabilizing and ventilation systems and their mutual influence on each other during operation.

The proposed multi-level parking is illustrated by the drawings shown in figures 1-2, where all the elements are shown schematically and at an arbitrary scale.

The inventive multi-level car parking (Fig. 1) includes a ramp 1, a platform 2 for placing cars, an entrance ramp 3, an exit ramp 4 made in the form of helical spirals, outer cylindrical shells 5 and inner cylindrical shells 6, openings 7 for entry and exit of cars , connecting galleries 8, repair boxes 9, office premises 10, cafe bar 11, sauna 12, pool 13, storage tank 14 with water, stairwells 15 (Fig. 2) for lowering and raising motorists and a protective casing 16. Multi-level car parking works as follows. Having approached the overpass 1, the motorist receives information from the dispatcher on the numbers of the platform 2 and the parking space for his car and drives into a spiral spiral ramp 3 located between two hollow cylindrical shells 5 and 6, rises to the specified level and drives through gallery 7 and gallery 8 to the indicated parking spot of his car. In this case, the parking place will be determined by the dispatcher taking into account the cargo and brand of his car, as well as taking into account the time spent at the parking lot. So, for example, it is advisable to place heavy vehicles at the lower level of flyover 1, while small-sized cars and passenger cars should preferably be located at the upper levels of flyover 1. At the same time, small-sized cars can be parked in one, two or more lines, taking into account their unhindered access to exit ramp 4, while heavy vehicles will be parked at an acute angle relative to the direction of their movement and only in the center of the flyover 1. It should also be noted that any light repair or service of the car is preferably carried out inside special boxes 9, which are located on the lower level inside the hollow shells 5 and 6 of the entrance and exit ramps 3 and 4, respectively. The installation and departure of the car from the service block 9 is carried out by maintenance personnel with the participation of a motorist who, after the car is handed over, can visit the guest rooms or other rooms of the service center, for example, pool 13. It should be noted that pool 13 in this case serves not only for rest, but also performs role of a temperature regulator and can be used in case of fire. The premises where the cars are located will be maintained at a certain temperature due to the heat capacity of the water and its thermal connection with the ground.

When leaving the parking lot, the car first drives onto the exit ramp 4, and then onto the highway, thus, when entering and leaving vehicles, there are no obstacles or uncertainties. The only problem remains the removal and neutralization of car exhaust, which, however, can be solved by one of the known methods, for example, using a centrifugal bubbler apparatus with a liquid absorbent.

The proposed multi-level car parking allows you to park a sufficiently large number of cars without significant alienation of the land for this purpose, while ensuring the necessary requirements for its operation. Its advantage should also include the fact that it does not use any means of automation, and therefore, it has a high degree of reliability and does not require large expenditures both in implementation and in the process of operation.

Thus, the above information shows that when using the claimed invention, the following set of conditions:

- a tool embodying the claimed invention in its implementation is intended for use in industry, namely for parking cars in places where traditional methods of parking cars are simply unacceptable;

- a tool embodying the claimed invention in its implementation, is able to ensure the achievement of the perceived by the applicant technical result;

- for the claimed invention in the form described in the independent claim, the possibility of implementation using the methods and methods described above or known prior to the priority date is confirmed.

An advantage of the claimed invention is that the proposed multi-level parking allows to significantly reduce all types of costs, including operating, while ensuring high efficiency and reliability.

Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of "industrial applicability" under applicable law.
