The invention relates to the field of medicines and can be used to treat arthrosis, osteoporosis and other diseases caused by a pathological change in the structure of cartilage and / or bone tissue.

Today, joint diseases are one of the most common reasons for going to the doctor. Arthritis and arthrosis are extremely common diseases that take second place after cardiovascular disease. Joint diseases are accompanied by pain, swelling of the affected joint, cartilage degeneration and often lead to disability and a decrease in the quality of life.

Osteoporosis is a metabolic disease of the skeleton associated with impaired bone quality and decreased bone mass, which leads to bone fractures even due to minor injury, and sometimes even for no apparent reason. Osteoporosis affects 15% of women aged 50-65 years, up to 70% over the age of 65 years. Every second patient who has had a hip fracture becomes disabled. In 50% of patients after a fracture, their activity is never restored. 10-20% of elderly patients die in the first year after a hip fracture. All bones are affected by osteoporosis, however, the femur (its neck), spine and radius in the wrist are a favorite site of damage. Thus, the search for new effective approaches to the treatment of diseases associated with pathological changes in bone and / or cartilage tissue is one of the most urgent tasks facing scientists around the world.

Currently, for the treatment and prevention of the above diseases, various ointments, nutritional supplements, homeopathic, phyto- and aromatherapy drugs, as well as anti-inflammatory drugs are used.

One of the most common, simple and painless procedures is the application of drugs. Application tools can be divided into the following groups:

1. Means of annoying, distracting and warming effects.
